Very professional service - good quality repair to wheel

The service was prompt and efficient, the engineer was knowledgeable and vey helpful

The engineer called did the job early. Did a fantastic job.

Although the warranty covered the cost of the repair the six weeks the dealership took to do a seven hour job was unacceptable. The technicians left parts off the car, left oil prints on a cream leather door card. I’m also not convinced the repair has been carried out correctly.

Communication great kept informed from start to finish Rang us on previous day to repair to confirm arrival time. Very happy with service.

Scam, wouldn't pay out...whole thing is a total scam

The gentleman was very polite and kind and gentle. He finished the work in 10 mins, and I was so happy with work.

In common with many insurers I have dealt with, Car Care Plan do not make it easy to make a claim. At one point introducing Kafkaesque conditions about not authorising a mobile repair, even though I was not able to drive it to the repair centre. Once we got through their difficult processes it was straightforward however. They have a telltale feedback message on their call handling system that encourages you to tell them how bad they are, I guess so they feel they have no need to improve their processes.

Once the photos of the scratch had been approved, the date for the repair was quickly arranged. Very convenient to have the work done at one’s own home.
The damage was repaired carefully and successfully , and carried out in a courteous, cheerful manner.

Your service over the phone , appointment making , technician's letting me know when they were turning up was great , however such a small repair on my new Defender has caused so much issue , two different people coming out to see the truck , time taken off by me to be on site , to be told that both technician's didn't have the right right equipment on their vans to complete the job . Time wasted both my time and must have cost your company money. Still not resolved
