I received empty syringes and NO VIAL…
I received empty syringes and NO VIAL of medication. Now I am trying to get Carebox to believe me. I am waiting for them to make it right. My solution will be to cancel my CC payment if they don't send the med.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
To say they lack communication skills would be an understatement, especially internally. They don't listen to their patients, instead preparing to defensively deny and cutting off the customer not letting them even begin to explain anything. I specifically, in detail, explained in my intake form, as well as to whoever I could finally get on the phone, that I was taking 2 shots a week previously, my last shot from my previous provider had been 2 weeks at the time (10 days to be exact) yet they completely disregarded any information I had to give and decided to send me a microdose to start with, which has done NOTHING for me, in fact I have gained back 2 pounds since being with CareBox. Just goes to show, you really do get what you pay for.
