Better training for sales
train the sales staff calling to solicit so they know what products you offer. I was originally told I would have access to 15mg but talking to the nurse, I was informed that is not correct 11mg is the limit. Now I have to wait for my money back since they don't have what I want

Limited Strength -- Does not go up to 15mg
I received a call saying they had a certain range of strengths --- when I talked to a practicioner they said that was wrong-- -they only go up to 11 or so instead of the industry standard. Had I known of that limitation I wouldn't have wasted my time. Customer service or Sales needs more training to know what you provide
