The sending was really fast, but the customer service is really bad. I wanted to send them back and have a refund because the hair didn’t fit my head size: I contacted the customer service, they responded to me really fast as well but as soon as I asked for the refund they stopped responding me. I sent several emails and now I have no news and the time to send them back is almost over. I can see where it’s going, and I’m really mad about it. I don’t recommend this website, they’re not serious and not professional to me !

The worst hair I’ve ever seen there’s a big band about 6 inches wide. It feels like a helmet in the back of your head and there’s clip clips and more clips. Save your money. Save your time. Why do I do this because I like people or I try to do the right thing.

After receiving the wrong colour I got sent the right colour to find there so thin and look fake total waste of money and I have used many halos but would not waste my money on this company

My first delivery was stolen from me and they were happy to replace it. I was so grateful. I had brain surgery and weight loss surgery and lost my hair. I tried wigs but they were either to small or to fake looking not to mention they were hot you product was great. Color match was perfect. I struggle hiding the wire but that is because of my hair being so thin . Thank you for excellent service and a great product!

Customer service is wonderful! I personally am just struggling with the hair pieces to get them to look good in my hair. So I am a little disappointed with that. The videos make it look so easy.

The hair color didn’t match at all. It had too much orange in in it and it was too big. I was told to put it on again and put it as low in the back as possible and that they look different when brand new but will look better after it has some wear. Also was told they are all a little big big…. So it was a waste…. Will not order from them again.

I found Carisma hair approachable & they answered my questions honestly before purchase. However, there were a few things that I didn't like about the product & I discussed it with them: there was too much hair to blend with my fine hair & the colour didn't match so well. They were very approachable; happy to take on board my comments & help me address the thickness issue with practical tips & I did get it looking more natural & wore it out today. The product has great potential & as they are considering a real hair version, I'll be a very happy customer.

Makkelijk terug sturen staat op de website. Ze zakken helemaal uit mijn haar en dan krijg je allemaal tips terwijl ik vraag om terug te sturen. Zit niet vast en zakt erg snel uit dus. Bespaar je het geld.

Received my order fairly quickly. The color was off just a bit but they immediately sent me another bottle and the colors was perfect. I received it that week after talking with Nicole. She was super helpful and professional. Great customer service. J

The honey blond halo is a bit heavy on the highlight part, but otherwise very colour true for a natural blond hair.

Aside from the fact that Jenny was very friendly, patient and helpful, the package arrived quite quickly, and also I was excited to see how great the halos actually are, how easily and lightly worn, how right the colour (which is not easy because my hair is somewhere between red and blonde). Overall I am 100% happy with this purchase

at first the experience was not very good. the first halo extensions I received did not match my hair color not even close, and I wanted a refund. but then they offered me a refund, or an exchange or offered to send me the right color and keep the other set that didn't match if I paid an additional $19.00. I was in a hurry to receive my extensions so I just paid the extra shipping fee for the correct color and kept the other ones that were not a match. when I received the new ones I was sure they weren't going to match the color of my hair. but they were a perfect match, and I love them! they blend in with my hair so good I'm so amazed. I lost all my hair to chemo treatments about 5 n half years ago and didn't think I would ever get my long hair back as my hair grows very very slow. in the last 5 years my hair is only barely to the top of my shoulders and I don't think I have enough time left on earth to wait another 11 years for it to grow back as long as it was before chemo treatments. thank you so much, now I feel like me again, & I feel beautiful again. thank you Carismahair sincerely, Charlotte Rivera.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their website says easy returns, that's a lie. Don't BUY from this company, save your money. I wasted $59, yep, my fault. I should've read their reviews. I dealt with two agents Jenny and Vena.
