Couldn’t be happier with the efforts made by Louise McDonnell in arranging my new car. Went above and beyond to get the deal funded and across the line. It’s easy to overlook the obstacles we came across when sourcing, funding and delivery of this car. A new customer for AFL, a new company to get credit for as well as a new dealer introduced to AFL and not to mention a rare and difficult car/spec to secure. Nothing was too much bother for Louise.
I’m very grateful and I have a fantastic new salary sacrifice car. Win, win.

Arranging the lease was very simple and straightforward. Usmaan was a great help, finding the car we wanted at a good price.
Our car was delivered in 16 days from our first enquiry.
Delivery was timely and we got a good run through the controls from Chris the delivery driver.

Real customer, real review.
Ordered a vehicle, passed finance, then told they hadn't even submitted it. Finally got submitted and passed and got told 3 months. On the date car was supposed to be with dealer, was emailed to say it would be another 3 months. Blamed manufacturer which is fine, but did not take any shared accountability for poor communication and did not come up with any good alternate options. No accountability, poor customer service. Just wasted 3 months.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience.
To clarify the timeline, your finance proposal was submitted on the same day we received your proposal form.
Unfortunately, it was not an instant approval and the funder required additional information before a decision could be made. Once this information was received and the finance application was approved, your order was placed with the supplying dealership, Stoneacre, on 1 June.
At the point the order was placed, Stoneacre advised that the expected delivery date was August/September. Following this, our ordering portal was updated on six separate occasions, each time confirming that there had been no change to the vehicle's ETA. Unfortunately, it was not until the day before the vehicle was due to arrive that we were informed the delivery date had been pushed back significantly.
We appreciate how disappointing this news was after waiting several months and being led to believe that delivery remained on track.
As a result, we have formally requested a full explanation from the supplying dealership to understand exactly what happened and why the updates provided to us throughout the order process proved to be inaccurate. Once we receive their complete response, we will be happy to share this information with you.
We also understand that the alternative vehicles offered were not suitable for your requirements, and we apologise that we were unable to find a suitable replacement at the time.
We remain committed to helping resolve this matter and would be happy to assign you a new Account Manager if you feel a fresh point of contact would be beneficial. Please contact us directly if you would like us to arrange this.
