I wouldn't give any stars for this. I booked a meet and greet, to be met at Birmingham International, then hop on the monorail to the airport, perfect, I thought. I did not get the service I booked. This is what I got. Rang the number as advised, 20 minutes before arrival, Told to open WhatsApp whilst driving alone to get a pindrop location, which was back where I had just come from. An hour it took me to find the car park ( a field)
The car park is 15 miles from the airport, then a transfer to Birmingham International, to then get the monorail to the airport.
On the way back at 1 am, they picked me up from the airport. I was then told I had to pay to get out of the car park, and then to be transferred back to the field to get my car. Disgusting!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS!

The service was really good. Staff were very friendly and communicate well what will happen and what to do on our return. We were collected very quickly. Staff Habib and Azz were nice and professional.
One think that you have to be aware is that you need to add 20-30 mins to your journey as the car park is not really close to the airport, but the transsfer is included in the price that you pay for the car park.

The service was amazing.the staff were really polite and professional.Habib the operator was really kind and helpful.the driver was top class and really made us feel safe.

Staff were very friendly and prompt!
We didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes at drop off or collection,
No damage to the vehicle and minimal mileage added.

Shocking service , Audi wheel kerbed and say don’t except liability.. the driver who delivered the car even took pictures of it on our return … 2 weeks of emails without no response and then this

Fantastic customer service! I highly recommend.
Meet & Greet couldn’t have been better or more helpful. We forgot the key card but they figured out a solution for us with no fuss and their staff were great.
Super easy access to the airport too.

I had to get something sorted out for a customer I was helping which involved collecting and dropping off a car that was already parked.
Thanks to Icky, the process was seamless - his brilliant customer service and attention to detail really made such a difference and I'm very grateful to him for his help.

Utterly terrible.
They drove 11 miles to park it within 1 mile of Birmingham Airport.
And they reached 78 mph to get there!
The car was then left unlocked in a dodgy looking car cark / scrap land.
I called them and they said they couldn't help.
It was booked through ParkVia who also didn't care.
It also took much longer than expected to get the car back upon arrival at Birmingham Airport.
AVOID.

Our experience with this airport parking service after landing at Birmingham Airport was truly terrible. Despite following instructions and calling the provided number upon arrival, there was no answer, leaving us stranded and distressed without our car and with no clue on how to retrieve it. What should have been a simple pick-up turned into a distressing two-and-a-half-hour wait. To make matters worse, we received no explanation or apology for the significant delay and inconvenience. This is an absolutely appalling service, and I strongly advise others to check reviews elsewhere before booking – I wish I had.

Great service from 2 polite members of staff. 1 when he met us to take our car and another when he delivered our car back to us on our return. I used the meet and greet service and would recommend this company to anywhen

Superb service from drop off to pick up. Fantastic communication. Easy to find. Very welcoming. John jones was very professional and polite and happy on drop off and pick up even though it was 4 in the morning.Will definitely be using this company from now on. Thank you

Another successful conversation over the weekend. My girlfriend’s cousin is flying from Birmingham airport for a stag weekend next month. After speaking to me yesterday & reading the reviews on AK meet and greet they will not use the company and neither will the others going so good news. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Drop Off - Excellent.
Dropping off the car was peerless, the agent was cheerful and informative…. as stated on the document, we’d called 20-minutes prior to our arrival.

Collection - Requires Improvement.
As per instructions, called 20-minutes prior to our collection having cleared customs and luggage collection. ‘20-minutes to collect the car’ were told - 40-minutes laters - No Car! Called again ‘it will be with you soon’ another 15-minutes later the car arrived with the driving saying he’d only been 15-minutes! So, if we hadn’t called - we’d have had a longer wait.
Here’s my issue’s we all make mistakes but not having had an apology and then being lied to in my book is unacceptable… they should have said ‘oops sorry, the car will be with you asap’ or words to that effect.
If you don’t give a crap about your customers- then do another job but don’t lie and certainly- apologise if you mess up …..as I said we all do it.

Such a convenient service . Will definitely use again
