We have just bought another car from Bradley Hayes @ The Car People in Warrington. Our whole experience from start to finish was excellent, everything was dealt with effectively and quickly. Brad was very patient whilst we decided on our car and didn’t push us once. Bradley made this an enjoyable experience and I can see him going far in the company. I will not hesitate to return to the car people at Warrington when we are due to change or buy another car and will certainly recommend to others. Keep doing what you are doing!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bunch of cowboys, sold is a Clio with problems too numerous to go into, returned it for a Fiesta with cracked tyres on back to front. Customer service all brain dead, bunch of money grabbers, do NOT buy a car from them!!!

This was the worst car buying experience I've had!

The car had features in its advert that were totally incorrect when I went to see the vehicle, but the manager there told me they couldn't be expected to actually check everything was as the advert said, they had so many vehicles there, which I thought was ridiculous and no better than false advertising! The wouldn't adjust the price accordingly either.

My 'guaranteed' part exchange price was anything but guaranteed and reduced when I got there.

There was a fault with the whole infotainment system when I bought the car - no radio, satnav, bluetooth etc working. Despite being told they would call me the following day to arrange getting it fixed, it took 4 weeks of endless emails, phonecalls to get anyone to acknowledge getting this fixed for me. They were less than interested as soon as they had my money.

I've sent it 2 letters of complaint and neither have even been acknowledged and certainly not replied to.

Hindsight is a very wise thing and I have learnt my lesson never to trust anything from the Car Shop ever again.

Staff were initially friendly but after I bought a 2015 Mondeo with warranty, oil started leaking on my drive. Car People advised me to put a claim in but when the authorised garage investigated, they found the oil filter was so loose it was almost falling off. As this is categorised as "wear and tear" the claim company refused to pay the bill for new oil. I have phoned and emailed several times and Car People say they will investigate but I have never heard anything. This is more about the disrespect than the money but I want refunding

I wanted to wait a year till leaving my review on this company, basically to test the car and ensure it’s reliable and good value. I bought a Peugeot 2008 in a 2015 plate nearly 2 years ago and can honestly it’s a great car! Apart from servicing and new tyres I have only had to spend £300 on new front shockers in 2 years which I think is pretty reasonable. I will be back to get another car one day - the Wakefield branch were very helpful but not in your face. Thanks.

Tyler and Lewis at the car shop Wakefield were very helpful when looking for a new car! They made the process very easy and explained everything well! Would definitely recommend!!

the sale guy was really good, helpful and polite. Bought my golf and went home with it same day. free drive away insurance. would use them again. just be careful, they add things like MOT *but not clear enough or info on this) and some polish deal for £299. keep eyes open. be firm with them and you'll get a good deal.

Joe Finnerty, was very helpful in finding myself the ideal car! As my first car it’s stressful shopping he made it very easy and to look through a couple of cars, until I found one that suited me. Would highly recommend Joe when car shopping, he was lovely, patient and an easy to talk to person as when explaining all the requirement I looked for in a car he did everything he could to find my perfect one. Not only that however we did a part exchange car on a very old Citroen and he managed to help us round up the value of the car to knock of a price! Could not have asked for a more pleasant car shopping experience.👍🏻
