Hello.
I have a pair of navy blue shorts that I wore twice before washing them.
After washing, the internal construction completely fell apart, rendering the garment unusable.
Customer service (Kim) told me, after looking into it, that this counts as normal wear and tear (after just two uses). A brand to avoid at all costs. A bunch of clowns.

I wish I could give a zero star for casa Blanca as they have ripped my off of £300 for n item I did not receive as the delivery guy did not deliver it correctly and it needed to be signed by myself and was not home. So apparently he left it at doorstep instead of taking it back to depot to be delivered on the correct day which was the day after and I knew to be home. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought 5 t-shirts directly from the main store. The fabric quality is seemingly nice and the prints appear good quality at first glance but all t-shirts share the same issue where they will fold during a gentle wash (inside out, 30c, 1000rpm) and the fold will hurt the overly thick prints, so the cotton will show through the print in a single gentle wash where the fold was.

The customer service is terrible unfortunately. They take weeks to reply over email. They have no real system for returns etc. It is completely amateurish from such a supposedly high quality brand, but perhaps it's just the price that is high.

I was offered I could send it back but when I asked them to send a return label they just ghosted me. If you sell good to a Dane and you demand the faulty item returned you have to provide a pre-paid return label. So they are breaking Danish trade laws.

I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are seeking high GSM quality tshirts. The quality is not what it seems.

I made a late order July 4. I contacted CasaBlanca through the help contact on there page. Spoke with a young lady name Charissa I told her I needed this outfit by Friday. She said she will try to get it to me asap and she will send a email. I tell yall no lie my clothes was delivered the next day. Never in my whole life seen a delivery happen so fast. EVERYTHING Came just like I order shirt shorts and socks. I really appreciate yall for this and I promise to be a forever customer for yall makin this happen so fast and easy for me . Oh and they did it for free no charge and the order was made July 4 I talked to them July 6, my order was here in my hands July 7 Thank Yall so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i wanted a shirt for my birthday but i needed it to be on time in amsterdam from paris. They sent it on express and it was on time. Love the shirt of course, top quality and look.

I recently bought a pair of shorts on sale with them. Not only the short are of great quality and the discount was generous, they literally delivered them from Belgium to Portugal in less than 24 hours. And the delivery was free. Now that is the service every business in Europe should strive to provide. Will definitely purchase again.

Habe eine Sonnenbrille gekauft für 300 Euro ! Nach ein Monat ist eine Schraube abgefallen, habe mein Fall reklamiert, als Antwort es wäre Normal, es kommt von Tragen von Brille ! Als Entschädigung würden Sie mir 10% von Preis erstatten ! Das wollte Ich nicht , 300 Euro Brille wo Ich grade drei mal getragen habe! Nexte E Mail ich soll Brille per Einschreiben nach England schicken was zusätzlich 30 Euro gekostet hat! So weit OK ! Brille an die Adresse gekommen, und da hört jeder Kommunikation mit Casablanca Paris auf ! Keine Antworten mehr auf meine EMails , Brille weg 330 Euro weg ! Scam Betrug ! Nie wieder !

Outstanding quality, amazing presentation. The customer service is quick, effective and solved my query immediately. I spoke with Charizza who was knowledgeable and polite, my query was answered with the hour and was solved. I haven't had a response that effective and speedy in over 20 years shopping online.

Especially Charizza in returns I purchased the incorrect size and made a mess of the return process through Australia Post. Charizza was very understanding and extremely helpful. It was a challenge but the customer service was outstanding and I ended up with my goods. Thankyou sincerely

Bonjour encore moi j ai eu une réponse de Casablanca pour un problème de baskets acheté chez eux porté deux accro sur le devant de la chaussure aux fait d un élément intérieur un renfort en plastique qui c'est cassé en morceaux ont m'a répondu que par a rapport le matériau utilisé c'était une usine mormal pas un problème de qualité de la marque expliqué moi quand ont paye un paire de baskets plus de 300€ pour un marque qui se dit de luxe cool avis aux amateurs

Wore my Casa Blanca top and loved it 😮‍💨 quality is amazing and I really appreciate how they made sure it arrived on time for me. Great experience overall.

The worst and I mean the worst customer service and online order experience I have ever had in my life. Do not and I repeat do not order from here. They don’t reply to your emails, change up wording on there terms and conditions which they don’t take accountability for. The word “Recommended” and “must” are two very different words. A disgrace especially at the price point for these garments. Never ever will I be purchasing or recommending this brand. FYI the quality isn’t on par or even close to the price point they are charging.

Love this brand and the customer service is excellent. Charizza was really responsive and sorted out all of my questions promptly!

I reached out with a question about an item I was interested in purchasing, and not only was the response incredibly fast, but it also extremely helpful and thorough. They didn't just answered my question - they genuinely assisted me with suggestions and guidance, which made the whole experience feel very personal and customer-focused.

Très mauvaise expérience avec la marque Casablanca Paris je ne recommande pas du tout.

À la demande expresse de leur service client (notamment Kim), j’ai retourné un essuie Casablanca. Le colis a été pesé à 2,600 kg lors du retour, ce qui prouve objectivement que l’essuie se trouvait bien à l’intérieur.

Pourtant, l’article a disparu après réception par leurs services. À ce jour, je n’ai ni récupéré mon essuie, ni reçu le moindre remboursement, malgré le respect strict de leurs instructions.

La disparition est donc intervenue sous leur responsabilité directe, en tant que destinataire du retour. Le manque de suivi, de transparence et de sérieux est choquant pour une marque se positionnant sur le haut de gamme.

Je partage cet avis pour alerter les autres clients car je vois que cela fait partie de leurs procédures habituelles de faire disparaître les produits et ensuite mentir. J’espère que la marque prendra enfin ses responsabilités et réglera cette situation. Auxquels cas je me verrais contrainte d’engager les démarches nécessaires afin d’obtenir réparations.

Charizza, is absolutely fantastic and was able to accommodate me to the fullest when my order was returned due to a tariff fee. The team ensured that they would do their best to get me my item as the monogram shirt was a present for a family member for the holidays! I will continue to shop with Casablanca as I’ve been a loyal customer for years!
