I’m very happy with the art materials I purchased and the products themselves are excellent. A few items unfortunately arrived damaged, but the customer service team was very helpful and resolved the issue well. Better protective packaging would be appreciated.

Website is easy to navigate although there are occasionally glitches with the back arrow not returning to the product page at the correct place. Pricing is competitive with other retailers and often better. There is a wide variety of products for every kind of artist and I’m often tempted by offers on items I’ve not used before. The connection with the SAA is great too as I can get into the site either through them or directly from an email.

Have used Cassart for years. Good service, products and price with quick delivery. Great to have knowledgeable people on the end of the phone in the UK if necessary.

The products are all of excellent quality and often at real bargain prices but always at reasonable prices.

The paint and brush I purchased were bargains from the clearance page. I am very happy with the saving I made.

Receiving the product well packaged is what counted for me. So I will be using Cass Art again.

Ordered 2 of 1 litre bottles of Zest It solvent. Received 2 of 500 ml bottles. Then told to send them back for a possible refund. Nearest post office / Evri counter is a 7.5 mile round trip. I am recovering post op for cancer. So that is difficult for me and why I ordered these delivered. Later told -
'If you would prefer to receive a full refund, please send these back via the Evri QR code we sent over to you earlier.

Alternatively, if you are happy to keep the two 500ml bottles, we would be happy to offer you a 20% refund.'

I paid £42.45 for 2 of 1 litre bottles. How does a 20 % refund help, should be 50%? Half my order is still missing! Simplest thing would be to send the remaining 1 litre bottle. Not following the logic of this at all.

I return most times to Cass Art as you have a great delivery service, well packaged and notifications. I live In a rural place, so am reliant on my preferred expensive items to be delivered by post.
