Some frustrations

Firstly, nothing is perfect. I use Cass Art products regularly and like the choice and quality. Packaging is always excellent.
Downside: on-line purchasing system often has glitches requiring phone intervention and therefore delays. Website is clumsy when scrolling back and forth and cross referencing products, a'sort' filter inadequacy.

CASS Art is for everyone

CASS Art is amazing. It has a good range of brands to choose from, but what stands out is there desire to help all standards of Artists, guide them through the pitfalls after the painting is complete to framing, exhibiting and Mall Galleries. Thank you.

Click and collect order Terrible

Click and collect order, I expected this would take max 1 hr, so I visit the store 3hrs later and my order wasnt ready. I had to buy the products again and ask for a refund on my original order.

Modern click and collect service is ready in under 1 hr, normally ready within 15mins.

I popped into a London branch asked for…

I popped into a London branch asked for advice about a feature I had seen online and the great assistance I received was first class. The kind assistant got onto the web, we found what I referred to and then gave me advice and pointed straight to the product I needed. In stock, I’d have never have found it without the help I received in store. Great.
