I have now been in dispute with this company for a number of weeks. Placed a large order almost three weeks later no delivery made. Order lost in transit. No refund offered. Battling with them to refund as they are classing order as still in transit. No time frame given as to when they will accept order is lost.

Cannot comment on quality of items as not received disappointingly as they looked lovely

But based on customer service I would absolutely not recommend

I love these nails and the glue is the best I have ever used. I had my first set on for 3 weeks and then removed them. I am 2 weeks in on my second pair. They do not come unglued and fall off like others. I am typing with them, washing dishes and doing every day task and they hold up so well. Highly recommend. Just wish their were more extra short squoval options.

Finally found press-ons that actually last and fit my short nails!

This was my first time trying Celebritips, and I am officially hooked...I’ve already made two purchases within just a couple of weeks! I started with the Bordeaux in Extra Short Almond. Finding press-ons that don't need tons of filing down is usually impossible, but these were the absolute perfect length right out of the box. I lost count of how many compliments I received, everyone was shocked when I told them they weren't professionally done gel/acrylics!

Because of my work, I wash and use my hands a lot. Normally, press-on's fall off for me after two days, but these lasted a full week through a brutal work week that really put my hands through the ringer. I know they would have lasted even longer under normal conditions! I can't wait for my next order to arrive!!

Amazing! Celebritips is my go-to brand for a salon look on a ‘stay at home mom of toddlers’ schedule. I’ve had to contact customer support only once in a year and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Why can’t life be like that?

Excellent service and great communication I have psoriasis really bad and I am on treatment for it and I can't have salon nails as I get a reaction to these nails are a complete game changer and have made me feel good I love the extra short length

I’m so disappointed with Celebritips. I first tried their nails after buying them at Marshalls and liked them enough that I wanted more. That’s why I decided to purchase the Ultimate Gel Bundle directly from their website, thinking the lamp and all the additional products would help my nails last longer and make the application worth it.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.

I followed the application instructions exactly and even cured the nails for multiple minutes, but they started popping off one by one. I ended up having to use nail glue just to keep them on, which completely defeats the purpose of buying an entire gel kit in the first place.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I genuinely wanted to love this product. I invested in the full bundle expecting better results, only to be left with a kit that didn’t work as promised. I had also thrown away the original packaging for the gel top coat and dehydrator, not realizing that returns require the original packaging. Now I’m stuck with products I can’t use successfully and apparently can’t return.

After trying to glue the nails back on, they came off again. I also noticed what appeared to be nail fungus for the first time, which has made this experience even more concerning. I suspect moisture may have gotten trapped underneath the nails because they weren’t staying securely attached.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I wish I could give Celebritips zero stars. I would not recommend spending money on the Ultimate Gel Bundle based on my experience. I wanted a convenient, long-lasting manicure, but instead I’m left regretting my purchase and considering selling the entire kit on Facebook Marketplace just to recover some of the money.

Save your money. I really wanted to love this product, but it simply did not work for me.

Beautiful range of colors, shapes, and sizes. The nails hold up really well and look 10x better than going to the nail salon. The customer service is also excellent, you are in good hands with Celebritips ;)

I am so impressed with these nails. They have beautiful shapes, look like you spent a fortune at the salon and have the best system for putting them on and removal. I have had the best experience with their sticky tabs but I am excited to try their new solid glue but even with the tabs I get two weeks of wear with no damage to my actual nail. I accidentally ordered the wrong glue and Paula was amazing and got me set up with the product. So impressed with the product and the customer service. I get compliments on my nails all the time and I don't gate keep! Everyone needs to know they can have salon quality nails at a great price! Will forever be wearing this brand.

I’ve never really got on with gel nails , being a hairdresser they were either too long or started lifting . I’m on my second set of celebtips & I love them!!
They are so easy to apply with either application you use I actually prefer the ultimate glue . After removing the first set I’d applied my nails were in really good condition.
The price is really good & much better than the salon cost .
I’d recommend these to anyone 💖

I order from Germany, sometimes from the shop, but lately the lovely team was able to create orders for me via mail, because I can’t order everything from Germany. They are lovely and fast and I love the nails, they stay on for a month and the designs are the prettiest! 💕

I had an issue with delivery with my package and the team was so great with helping me get a quick solution. I was able to get my package quickly and I LOVE the nails. They look so natural and feel very sturdy.

I recently began purchasing nail sets from Celebritips and I have really been satisfied with the products and styles available. I can have great looking nails without having to pay the salon price for them and feel good about myself as I navigate new motherhood :). I also recently had an issue with a nailset that I ordered that did not come in my delivery. I worked with Paula with customer support who was absolutely so kind and helpful throughout the process to get the missing nailset sent to me. I’ve been wearing my Celebritips for two weeks now and I’m more than happy with them!
The press-ons are high quality, and using the glue and UV lamp was really easy, even for a newbie like me, as I’d never used press-ons before. I’ve always wanted almond-shaped nails, but I was never patient enough to grow my natural ones and didn’t like acrylics, so these are perfect for me. My pedicurist couldn’t believe they weren’t my natural nails, and all my friends have told me how much they love them.
Also, Celebritips’ customer support isn’t just good, it’s superb! I ordered these while working temporarily in the UK, but due to a mess-up by the local courier company, they were delivered after I’d already left the country. The support team did everything possible to have the products sent on to me in Greece, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I think this is another huge plus for the company.
So happy with my purchase!

Got sent the wrong nails. Ordered french ombré and got sent nails with Halloween drawings. Tried the pink guava nails that I did get was so excited but they are really see through. Can see my nails and nail glue. They look really good in the picture but nothing like that in real life

Hands down best press ons I’ve ever tried. The gel glue is a game changer and the remover is awesome too. Then the nail shapes are perfect for my nails. The nail is thick and durable and I’ve reworn many times. The glue tabs for temp use are super strong. Love the subtle and minimalist colours too. All in all I love this product it is superior!!

I am happy to give 5 stars to Celebritips, specially to the customer service team. For the first time I had some issues with my recent order which didn’t have anything to do with the company, it was during the delivery process. I reached out to customer service and Paula was the person who helped me, super efficient, sweet and professional. My issue was resolved super fast. The nails have an excellent quality, the look like salon nails.

I am not someone that gets her nails done regularly or even paints them because it requires more upkeep and time than it’s worth. I’ve tried press ons, salons, expensive gel polishes, etc. and nothing stays on, or hold up for long, or takes too much time. I decided to give these a try because I love the look of a clean, tasteful manicure. I was surprised with the product durability and ease of use. I’m only on my second set and they have lasted about 8 days. I am learning and this current set feels ON THERE. I want to add that I work in healthcare and am washing my hands a lot, and have horses and farm animals I tend to. These have held up to that challenge and you’d never know what my hands go through in a day…

I want to add that the customer service is excellent. That matters when you are supporting a company. They responded to my question, remediated a situation promptly, even when the fault was with the delivery service and not the company.

I do hope they make the extra short almond nails in a shorter size because the shape is perfect! I do also hope for more designs in the extra short size such as “cookie hearts”- can’t get much sweeter than that design. The extra short round feel shorter and that is what I have purchased going forward.

I’ve spent years looking for an alternative to traditional nail adhesives because I’m unable to use products containing acrylates without having a reaction on my fingers. I honestly started to believe that having cute, beautiful nails just wasn’t something I could do anymore.

Then I found your products.

Being able to put on a set of pretty nails without worrying about an acrylate reaction has genuinely been life changing for me. It might seem like a small thing, but getting to look down at my hands and see cute nails again makes me ridiculously happy.

I’ve searched for alternatives for years, and I’m so thankful that you took the time to create something that gives people like me another option.
