Very late delivery
Very late delivery, you should be prepared for upcoming late shipment or at least say your customers in advance that a shipment could be delayed.
Other than that

Thank you for your feedback.
We sincerely apologise for the delay. All of our items are handmade and made to order, with a standard production time of 1–2 weeks. During the Christmas period, higher order volumes can result in longer processing times.
We appreciate your understanding and will take your feedback on communication into account moving forward.

Exactly like it was pictured.
I wasn’t sure what to expect not knowing anything about this company. The product was very well made. It did take awhile to get here but it is located in the UK and it is the holidays so I knew that would be the case.

I bought a hoodie for my daughter off…
I bought a hoodie for my daughter off the website, they accidentally sent the wrong item i contacted them. They were so apologetic and they asked me for my order number and everything was sorted they even sent two t-shirts free of charge and also told me to keep the hoodie that was sent, by mistake I cannot fault their customer service and who i spoke to they were outstanding. I wish the company had shops all over the world because they would do amazing thank you cemetery crypt ♥️♥️♥️

The clothes I ordered are cool.
The clothes/shoes I ordered, zipper, pants, hat, and shoes look very cool, and the images have been sewn together well and fit perfectly according to the measurements I specified.👍
The sweater is just a little thinner than I thought it would be, and the clothes smelled a little strange when I first unpacked them, but the smell will go away after the next few washes.

Resposta da Cemeterycrypt
Thank you for your review! We’re really glad you’re happy with how everything turned out and that the items fit exactly to your measurements. Regarding the smell you noticed — this is from the fresh print on the hoodie and is completely normal. It disappears after the first wash, as you mentioned.
For the thickness, our hoodies are listed in the product description at 280gsm, so the weight matches exactly what is advertised. We appreciate you pointing it out, and we’re glad you’re enjoying the overall fit and look.
Your support means a great deal to us, and we look forward to your next order with us.
