We're so sorry to hear this. After investigating your order, it looks like Royal Mail unfortunately lost your parcel after it was shipped on 03/17. This is completely out of our control, but we absolutely understand your frustration.
As a result, we’re issuing you a full refund right away. You should see the amount returned to your original payment method shortly.

Good quality printing!
I've ordered both patches and a hoodie from Cemetery Crypt, and on both, but especially the patches, the print job is amazing and the colours have lasted through several washes. The canvas is sturdy too. I think it's good to be aware though that shipping can take a while, at least it does to Finland. Worth the wait though!

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the support. We're really glad to hear you're happy with the print quality and durability of the patches and hoodie, we put a lot of care into making sure everything holds up over time.
Appreciate you mentioning the shipping time as well, international orders (especially to Finland and other further locations) can sometimes take a little longer, but we're always working on ways to improve that. Super grateful for your patience, and even more so that you feel it was worth the wait.

Really cool designs and I am especially happy with the beanie. Delivery time was ok too considering I am in another country. Overall a good experience.

Slowly becoming a regular
I’ve ordered through their Etsy before and the patch was great, so I was stoked to order directly from the site and once again, Cemeterycrypt did not disappoint. Incredible quality and I’m excited to add them to new flannel projects.
