Best bonuses all around, with clearly stated terms. They are non-sticky, and the maximum allowed bet size is huge, so even bonus buys can be purchased.
Withdrawals aren’t instant but are generally processed within a day or two. My first withdrawal took a bit longer due to KYC verification. It’s also worth noting that a withdrawal request cannot be cancelled without contacting support, making it much less likely to reverse it and play the funds away.
So far, I’m very satisfied and would recommend them.

They automatically removed my bonus funds and said I had manually cancelled the bonus and that they can't do anything about it. I never pressed anything to cancel the bonus...wtf?

We don’t remove bonus balances arbitrarily. A bonus can only be (a) cancelled by the account holder (this triggers an on-screen confirmation and a time-stamped audit trail), (b) expire if the timeframe lapses, or (c) be voided under a limited set of Terms (e.g., payment reversal/security review).

If you have withdrawn once, you will never withdraw again. Only money lose. After withdrawal you will experience much more dead spins then ever. Our games come from reputable providers and run on independent RNGs; where available, titles are provably fair and results are verifiable. Chancer.bet accused me of using a VPN from ireland or UK (still unclear) to use their site. I ABSOLUTELY did not. I provided my internet provider bill. I assumed they had made a mistake due to human error or system glitch as I had the account 2 months and was verified and did multiple deposits and withdrawals.
However they would not budge and kept pointing to their terms. So I downloaded NordVPN free trial and wouldn't you know it, it is IMPOSSIBLE to access their site via a VPN (see images below) however they do have a message that pops up encourging players to 'Change their country settings on the VPN'. This is clear entrapment, so players deposit and IF they win the casino attempts to say you cannot use a VPN (even though their site encourages you to change your VPN country settings!).
