I love all the information provided on the website - great pictures, particularly showing each item worn, and detailed spec on the diamonds. I narrowed my search online then went to the store at Grays in-person. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy; I came away delighted with my new (to me!) diamond ring.

I recently bought a beautiful pearl necklace from Charlotte Sayers. They kept me informed every step of the way and order arrived next day as promised. Their customer service is just excellent and then they went one step further; When the presentation box that the necklace came in wasn't quite right they were very understanding and without question sent a replacement the following day at their expense! I am so impressed with this business and I wish them great success in the future.
