DO NOT use this site by ANY MEANS for booking airfares. Purchased airfares for $581 each and the tried to charge me an extra $480 per ticket to add middle name, even when tickets were not confirmed. I contacted the airline directly to see if middle name was required and they advised me in this case it wasn't a requirement and would not affect me travel. and to my surprise when I advised Cheap Fly shop of this, I received an email stating that me tickets were no longer available - surprise surprise - SCAM Site 100%

As per the booking record, you were looking to secure one of the most discounted online fares available through our website. These promotional fares are subject to the airline’s live seat availability and inventory at the time of booking and are not considered confirmed until the fare is successfully secured and the ticket has been issued.
We understand your concern regarding the discussion around the passenger’s middle name. However, as the booking had not been successfully ticketed, the fare remained subject to availability and could not be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we were subsequently unable to secure the quoted fare due to the applicable availability/inventory, and the booking could therefore not be confirmed at that price.
We would also like to clarify that the full amount paid has already been reversed to the same mode of payment used for the transaction. There has been no retention of the funds in relation to the unsuccessful booking.
We appreciate your feedback and regret any misunderstanding regarding the fare availability and ticketing process. Our intention is always to provide the best available fare based on the live inventory at the time of booking.

This critical detail was not disclosed…
This critical detail was not disclosed on the Cheapfly website during my booking, nor was it included in the booking confirmation email. Please note that I previously emailed to question the baggage allowance and received the following response: "At this point, until the reservation is confirmed, we are unable to specify the exact baggage allowance, as it remains subject to the fare conditions."
Subsequently, I received a phone call informing me that I have zero baggage allowance—meaning no hand bag, no hand luggage, and no checked baggage. I am now required to pay approximately £500 extra to add a hand bag, hand luggage, and checked baggage, or to upgrade my ticket. Additionally, I was told that cancellation is not possible.
