Our records further confirm that the matter was subsequently resolved and that a full reversal of the amount paid was processed.

Importantly, the full amount was reversed to the same mode of payment used for the original transaction. Therefore, there is no intention on our part to retain any amount that was due to be returned to you in relation to the matter referenced in your review.

We also respectfully note that the broader statements contained in your feedback regarding alleged "bait-and-switch" practices, hidden charges, refund traps, withheld tickets, or other purported practices do not necessarily reflect the circumstances of your individual transaction. We believe it is important that any assessment of a particular customer experience be based on the actual booking records, communications, payment history, and resolution associated with that case.

Our objective is to address customer concerns based on the facts and the specific circumstances of each transaction. Where a customer raises an issue, we make reasonable efforts to review the matter, communicate with the customer, and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable booking and payment circumstances.
