My rep - Sharon was so very nice and understanding. I called to totally change flight plans, and once we had gotten off the phone - had to change them back since the customer cancelled. Sharon worked tirelessly behind the scene to make sure that my original flight plans were back into place with less cost to me!! She was open to email and we talked a couple of times via phone. Sharon was a miracle worker!!!!

I purchased my flight in $usd and in aud it was normal prices ( thought i got a ripper deal). then got a ring off Sharon Williams and received the best customer service ever. Treating the customers with the upmost respect, being knowledgeable even when I tried to test she (I'm pretty successful in sales myself) and can see talent a mile off, deserves a bonus at least or a promotion! make my year talking to someone with so much potential!
Ended up getting a cheaper flight than expected and a conversation with a very smart woman

From an Executive Platinum level flyer
From an Executive Platinum level flyer; I would NOT recommend booking through Cheapoflyt to anyone. I was not sent a confirmation code from the booked airline. When I called Cheapoflyt they said it was coming. Hours later, nothing. Called again, they said the price changed so they didn't book the ticket!! The told me they were going to. But at a higher price now. SCAM alert. After several back and forths and hours on the phone I was given a confirmation. ONLY to discover that they booked me in a saver fare that only allowed me to accrue 30% of the miles. Don't waste your time and money.

I had booked a flight with cheapoflyt…
I had booked a flight with cheapoflyt from SFO to KUL. The name "cheapoflyt" was a little off putting because it felt like a phishing page, but the price drew me (haha!) in so I said why not and took the bait which turned out to be a good decision.
After my booking, the agent Jerry reached out to me to let me know the original price was unavailable and if I wanted to cancel. I said go ahead and paid a small difference fee which was still the lowest fare.
Later on, I had lost my passport and reached out to cancel. Jerry provided good service and helped me get it done so I appreciated his help to make it easier for me to deal with an already difficult situation I did not want to be in. Thanks for the help!

A lawyer helped me get my money back
Terrible. Hiked up the price after I booked. Failed to tell me the flight time had been brought forward. Didn't answer email. I called 22 times to be told that "Ronaldo is working on it." The only upside is that, after a legal letter, they refunded the entire amount of my missed flight. I suspect thee 5 star reviews here are fake - same on Google. On Google they only get 5 stars or one. Deeply suspect.
