The product I wanted hasn’t been available since early December even though it says there’s a guarantee it would be restocked in 7-14 days. I even called customer service about it and they said it should be in early January latest.

I have ordered many times from this company and have been very happy with the quality of items. The shipping and tracking has never been a problem.

We bought the stainless steel Blackbeard 9 in and 11 in, Crowd Cookware . The frying pans are beautiful but they are not exclusively non-stick depending on what you are cooking but they do clean up nice ! Will buy again !!

I placed an order on December 2. Website said product in stock and would ship in 3-4 days. December 13, I reach out because I have no shipping details yet. I email and am told it will ship at the end of the month. I ask why, “Ricky” does not know. I respond by saying I want my money back. All of a sudden it has shipped. I reach out again a few days later because I still don’t have shipping information for this product that has allegedly shipped. I get a tracking number for a package that was delivered December 5 to the wrong city. Not my number. I am finally provided with the correct tracking number but after all this hassle and mis-information my package didn’t arrive until December 30. The product itself was excellent, but the website is full of lies. Would not purchase from here again on a timeline. I am submitting this review because the company asked me to provide a review as they had several poor reviews lately. I responded to the email saying my experience was reflective of those reviews and no one bothered to respond to my email. So online review for the world too see instead.

My order shipped quickly and was exactly as described. This was my first time shopping here and I will definitely look here again in future when I need cookware.

I’ve made several purchases here and now it’s my go to when shopping for anything in the kitchen… I’ll check out Amazon and others but inevitably end up ordering from here. Shipping is fast and customer service is always excellent. They are Canadian in Canada, No Duty! And better pricing, incredible sales. I wish I could rate Chef Supplies at 10 out of 5 because that’s been my experience so far.

I bought a number of different things - LOVE everything. High quality, fair prices. One of the items I received came in a damaged box - looked like someone had returned it. It was supposed to be final sale, but customer service was extremely fair and, given the circumstances, made arrangements for me to return the item with shipping covered and sent a full refund. Required some follow-up, but support was extremely responsive and corrected everything.

I am thrilled with the quality of my purchases, and the price, and I would recommend this site given how reasonable they were when dealing with issues that arose.

Have done two orders in the last year of multiple different items from different brands and both were delivered quickly with high quality. I’ve had no issues and in searching around, I feel they are normally less expensive than ordering from something like Amazon. Items are packaged quickly and I got both my orders within a week, even though they were both post-Christmas orders.

I never had issue with Chef Supplies . I ordered a salad spinner that i still use daily. The packaging was perfect, no broken parts. I was able to use a coupon and the delivery was on time as indicated. I have recommended to colleagues. I still look at the website to compare prices (which are competitive) and good

I just purchased a de Buyer Carbon Steel paella pan from Chef Supplies.
The price at Chef Supplies was much better that I could find elsewhere, and I was really pleased with their wide selection. Shipping ended up not costing me anything since they were offering a coupon that covered the cost. The pan arrived in a timely manner and I am very pleased. I will shop at this store again.

I ordered a few cutting boards, and a knife. Everything came as described and within the or before the estimated delivery time. No issues.

We were looking to add to our All-Clad set. In Nov/24 we ordered the large covered oval roaster. ChefSupplies.ca had the product, the right competitive pricing, and fast delivery. The roaster is amazing, did a fantastic job for our big Christmas dinner. That experience was so good, in Dec/24 we then ordered an All-Clad large non-stick roaster for roasts. Again ChefSupplies.ca had the product, the right pricing and quick delivery. The non-stick roaster cooked the large roast great, it was easy to clean, we are ready for the next large dinner.
