I bought an Ankarsram Mixer from them and they were competitive on price and the quick responses to my several questions were appreciated. I felt like there was really someone there who cared. When I finally placed the order I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was delivered so I could get on with making bread and playing with the machine. I'd do business again with Chef Supply in a heartbeat!

I ordered several items at different times from ChefSupplies, and all items were sent fairly quickly and arrived well packed and in great condition. All orders were complete, and I could not find better prices for any of the items I purchased. In fact, the set of excellent cast iron skillets that I bought are made in France and I could not find them for sale anywhere else! I will definitely be buying from ChefSupplies again.

I've only ever had a positive experience with ChefSupplies. I found their website when I was looking for an Ooni pizza oven. They had the best price so I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days with absolutely no issue. I've since ordered multiple times, including gifts for others, and received my shipment quickly and without issue. On one of my orders, the cutting board I had ordered became out of stock before they could process my order so they gave me a $15 coupon that made up the price differential with the same sized board of a different company. Great customer service and I'll be ordering from them again!

I am giving Chef Supplies 5 stars, not because each experience I have had was excellent but because when something beyond their control went sideways, they went above and beyond to make it right.
