Chemist Connect Opiniões

Placed an order 9 days ago, claims it was sent 8 days ago. Tracking tells me nothing only I’ll get an update when it’s delivered which defeats the purpose of tracking. I have emailed them 4 days in a row and every single email is ignored. Absolutely ridiculous. Scam - avoid at all costs.

Easy for a novice to order from you,and fast efficient service thankyou.

I buy this product for an elderly who can't order it herself, it's the only thing she can use in the shower.
She's very grateful that she now has two new tubs, and the use by date is October 2028.
Thank you!

Fast delivery, well packaged

Order came damaged, still waiting for a reply so I can return the products and get refund , it has been over a week now and am still left in uncertainty, really bad communication via email aswell

Hallo
Just letting you know that my squirrel arrived safely today delivered by John. I think this delivery system works very well, especially for people like me who can no longer drive or walk any distance.

Excellent service; and required number of items in stock. Very highly recommended.

I could not find the toothpaste I wanted and my son helped me contact your good selves
Tubes arrived very quickly and they were packed well

Delivery email send 3 days after apparent delivery, contacted Royal Mail as no photo or
Proof where parcel was left. Contacted chemist connect and just send me the delivery information that I had already sent them. After 7 emails, phone calls and voicemails still no response from them and no parcel - absolutely disgusting customer service.

Great easy to use website, good price for the perfume I got. Quick delivery. From ordering to delivery, had no problems at all. Have previously ordered from them & was happy to buy from them again.

Easy to order on line and quality goods at a good price

Delivered on time, well packaged and product as expected.

Great first experience, great price and fast delivery, no hesitation in recommending.
