Extremely Poor Customer Service and Communication.

My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing.

From the outset, communication has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly asked for updates regarding my original order, but my questions have been ignored on multiple occasions. Instead of addressing my concerns, I only received responses relating to the return collection, while the key issues remained unanswered.

The return was eventually collected by DPD, yet I still have no clear explanation as to what is happening with the items I originally ordered. I have also asked what compensation the company intends to offer for the delays, lack of communication, and the considerable amount of time I have spent chasing for updates, but this has also gone unanswered.

As a customer, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect honest communication and timely responses when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

The lack of transparency and customer care has been frustrating throughout, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they take steps to improve their communication and how they deal with customers when issues arise.

I am still waiting for my order which was placed on 25th June and they have completely disappeared and just ignore me now. Daylight robbery!
