Nothing like the picture described. Ordered love heart l bend and the heart is upside down. What use is wearing a love heart nose stud upside down!! Do not recommend. Wouldn't order from here again

Awful cheaply made and cheap looking jewellery. My ear stud was nothing like the glittering piece it was shown as online. Was so badly made it didnt survive the return journey and was shown as broken by the company who then refused to issue a refund. Terrible customer services. Stay away!!

I bought jewellery from this website,within 2 weeks it lost its colour and metal began to smell,when I complained about it and asked for refund,I was informed to read the small print before ordering,so I will not recommend this at all,as its quite expensive jewellery, qaulity is 0,I can also see my messages are filtered with,photos not added on do people can see.

Worst company ever. I cannot even begin to express my disappointment.
I ordered a nose ring and stud for my helix, months ago. Failed to arrive. Whenever I had emailed in, you get nothing but attitude or you get ignored.
They won’t refund me, and won’t actually send the items. Which makes me wonder after reading some of the reviews, is this a scam?
Honestly, I’d not recommend at all. Yes the items are cheap on the website, because they don’t actually send them out 🤡

dangling belly barbroke within 24 hours of putting in, emailed customer service with photos to be told the charm comes away to prevent injury or getting stuck to stuff. I was wearing leggings and a crop top no where near the dangling part. I bent down and when I came back up the charm was on the floor. trying to return to be told they will inspect it basically saying theyre going to make getting a refund extra difficult! very disappointing and wont be ordering or recommending you guys again! Will contact bank to raise dispute of payment as youve sold me a faulty good. if the charm can detach this easy youd loose it and be left with a standard belly bar for £18? rip off

And as I replied, your website is very misleading. Labelling the piercing as surgical steel with a brass charm lead me to believe the charm was brass and the rest was surgical steel. The entire thing is brass. Not just the charm. Just letting other customers know so that they don’t get mislead also.

earings are the best ive ever used they dont hurt, or make my ears go red. Can't wait to buy more.
