Amazing product, as an older woman getting a piercing done with my teenage daughter. I was looking for a product that was a little special without being to much of a statement. I had gone for a flat piercing, so once healed, this has complimented that perfectly. I have had many a comment on how lovely it looks. It also works well for sleep

Had the jewellery 5 days and the coating had already started to come off. I emailed and they asked me to send pictures, which I did they then asked me to return the items for testing to which I asked for a free post envelope or address and I’ve had no reply.

Waste of money £40 on 3 pieces of jewellery that have all lost their coating within 5 days.

No jewellery should do this.

A simple but different piece of jewellery I bought for my tragus piercing. Once I'd gone through the stress of getting the bar through, the push in front makes it super simple. On top of that it's a really pretty piece.

Great delivery and packaging was beautiful. I have had them in now for 2 weeks. Ive had no reaction!! I'm so pleased as I'm allergic to nickle and alot of other things. Thabkyou!

My order arrived 2 weeks ago and I am missing 1 item. Since then I have filled in the online form twice and still no reply. Very disappointing. On a positive note the packaging was lovely.

Ordered 4 earrings. Only received 2. Used their online 'Contact Us' form to request they send the missing items. No response. No communication. No missing items sent. Will not be buying from this company again as I feel totally ripped off and now out of pocket.

Update 25/05/2025 - website form completed again. Your should send an email to confirm what was submitted if your system is unable to log sent messages. Let's see if there's any action.

Update 30/05/2025 - no missing items received, no tracking number sent (and most definitely nothing sent to spam as suggested below), no refund. This company cannot be trusted.

Update 04/06/2025 - still no earrings or refund in sight, but the company had the audacity to send me an email asking for feedback on the missing items. I bet my review doesn't make it onto their website!

I bought a single earring I have sent pictures of the broken earring. I couldn’t open it. It didn’t have a hinge you had to pull it to the side to open and it snapped. I have sent them three pictures numerous emails and they have not got back to me, do not buy from this company.

Quick delivery but I ordered the wrong item, customer service helped me change the item in the order quickly without issue. The stud is really nice and sits in my tragus really nicely

Ordered two nose rings. One broke when I was putting it in, so I emailed and requested a refund. This was ignored and another was sent out, which I did not want or ask for as it was clearly poor quality. I have emailed twice since and have been ignored, and I am now left with two nose rings I do not actually want.

I’ve had a few orders from cherry diva now and I always order titanium jewellery due to my sensitive skin. My orders always arrive quickly and are nicely packaged but the jewellery is always exactly what I expect, it never irritates my skin and always looks lovely. I know with my skin I can only wear certain types of metals so getting the right jewellery is important and I’ve never had any issues from here

Ordered 3 nose rings totalling over £40 wore the one for less then a week and the coating came off and turned my nose green. Emailed multiple times to let them know what had happened and they refused a refund and even went to the length to try and say it was because of my skin. In the end I said I was returning the other two nose rings I hadn’t worn and they asked me to send back the faulty one so they could test it after already refusing my refund 😂

I have never had this problem with other company’s or their products, and I definitely will not be purchasing anything from them again. £12 for a nose ring that turns your nose green within 5-6 days is shocking

That is not what happened, I already had the issue when you mentioned anything as I had emailed you a couple of times already to notify you of the problem. I explained to you that I had taken care with the jewellery not exposing it to moisture and I had looked after it, I also explained that I had, had brass nose rings before from a well established brand on TikTok and others this never happened and that’s why I knew your product was faulty and nothing to do with me or how I had taken care of the nose ring.

A £12 nose ring should NOT loose its coat in 5/6 days under a week and turn your nose green. That is a bad product.

I declined to return the jewellery because you refused to give me a refund on your faulty product but then wanted it back for ‘testing’.

I have the emails and the time line and it didn’t happen like you said.

Good quality jewellery for the price, arrived quickly.

Terrible customer service and cheap tacky products. I raised a return as the item wasn’t as described and was defective. Not a piercing but costume jewellery that wouldn’t even fit through a piercing hole, which would result in the piercing closing! They refused my return and tried blaming me!! I wish I had read the reviews on here first. If you want to be scammed and out of pocket then shop here, if not take your business elsewhere.

I’ve had 5 orders of jewellery from here now and have to say each time I have been impressed. I have worn the stuff in the shower and it still looks good as new. Delivery always quick and packaging is lovely
