Bought three helix pieces of jewellery, two broke within wearing them twice and the third the bar was so short it made my ear swell up. Have used them several times before but quality is awful now, not cheap either, really disappointed

I ordered a belly pierce and I didn’t receive it, the first time they told me the Royal Mail lost the parcel and the second one they said its already delivered but still nothing.

I ordered the 4 pack of nose studs and they came in 2 days, they are amazing quality for a great price and packed really well and also included a good quality zip lock bag to keep them in, I will definitely shop here again.

Jamie at Cherrydiva was fantastic when my daughter lost the front part from one of her new earrings 2 weeks after getting them. Excellent service, I will definitely use again.

I had ordered the wrong colour nose stud by accident through no fault of their own and after a quick returns process they were very helpful and quick at processing the return. I shortly after received the correct colour. Lovely packaging too.

Jewellery i bought from here keeps falling out after getting a professional piercer to put them in and now they are ignoring my messages. I messaged you last week about this issue which there was no reply

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs.
The jewellery is made of brass, nickel. Copper and zinc. Cheap nasty metals that cause skin rash, itching and skin discolouration.
It is NOT hypoallergenic like they claim it is.
I emailed them to state the items I bought were not fit for purpose and that I wanted a refund or replacement with something I could actually wear but I just got gas lit and recommended that I buy more jewellery! Lol
Time and money wasted.

Really fast delivery and lovely packaging with my first order, the jewellery is lovely and does not irritate my skin

I ordered 2 things, a helix piercing and a belly bar. Can’t fault the helix piece it’s lovely and feels amazing quality. On the other than hand the belly bar was awful, the ball wouldn’t screw all the way and it would get stuck about half way and after trying a little while the actual bar detached itself from the bottom bit of the piercing. The belly bar was only £11 so not worth the hassle of going through customer services in my eyes. But that’s what happens if you buy cheap jewellery I guess.

Bought 2 pairs of supposedly hypoallergenic earrings my ears became inflamed within hours of wearing them. Upon inspection some of the gold coating had come off when I removed the backs. Customer service an absolute joke I’ve had to battle to receive a refund even after returning both sets. I was also accused of misusing them, not sure how to misuse earrings. I now have a partial refund after they deducted shipping costs which is against my consumer rights. Avoid at all costs poor quality jewelry and disgraceful customer service!
The response to my review doesn’t surprise me at all, unprofessional to say the least. My issue has been going on since 9/1/25 I have sent a total of 14 emails trying nothing but to resolve the issue and only received 6 emails back. I have much better things to do than chase up £20.95 worth of earrings, it’s the principle of it. I’m still yet to receive the final £2.95 of my money but I’m guessing this review will cost cherry diva more than that in lost orders. And by the way the gold coating coming off is a fault, never mind the scabby ears they gave me, so if that’s the quality that new customers expect then buy from this company. It’s a shame they couldn’t respond so quick to my numerous emails as they have to my bad review!

the products are good quality. they match the description and are worth the price. delivery also didn’t take too long, five days.
