I bought some earrings from them and had a problem with one of them. The quality was not great but I expected it to last more than a few weeks before it fell apart. Emailed customer services over a week ago regarding this and not had any response. Will not be ordering again from them due to their poor customer service. It's a shame because some of their pieces are nice but they cannot be trusted when a problem arises.

Placed my order with Cherry Diva and my parcel went missing. I emailed them just to be given a tracking number to which I already had. I sent numerous emails to get an update just to be ignored. I had to chase it up with Royal Mail and eventually my parcel arrived days later than expected. I opened up my parcel to find the earrings were so tiny. The post of the earrings were all very small. After a couple of days of wearing I had noticed the back ball had embedded into my ear and had become infected ..it was extremely painful. I nearly had a trip to A & E to have it removed but a friend managed to get it out but his was extremely painful. Never again! I have wasted £46 on this rubbish !

Would not use this company again. Ordered 2 belly piercings one came damaged and the other one has started to discolour after a few weeks of wearing. I emailed and advised of the damaged one to which they responded for a photo. I sent this photo on the 2nd and never got a response I then emailed a few weeks later and they tried telling me they never received the image. I then sent them over again just for them to then ask me again so for the 3rd time I sent photos. They then asked over 1 month later for the item to be returned the which I have declined as I do not trust this company to even refund…..the customer service was shocking and the items were both dodgy. Don’t use them!

I was thinking I'm purchasing titanium piercings, bought two to put in my ears, now 3 days later started noticing it is colouring my ears green/blue colour like cheap jewelry as much as I know titanium should discolour. Will not purchase again and quite disappointed.

Absolutely love my green opal piercing. The packaging is high quality, comes with further discount code. The shipping was fast, took only a few days to receive my order. I would definitely buy from again 🙂

Quick and easy delivery, and the quality of the jewellery is stunning. The actually piece itself is beautiful and was very reasonably priced!

It's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a now unwanted delivery! If they were more upfront on the website that their goods are coming internationally and they can't track the order or cancel it ... or do anything that would be valuable service wise to the customer ... then I wouldn't have ordered from them ... if you are thinking of ordering from Cherry Diva I would recommend you aren't in any kind of hurry and to perhaps look at other options first!

Lovely selection online, but very disappointed when they arrived as earrings were so tiny almost making it impossible to put them in your ears let alone see them!!!

Frustratingly seemed ok in the beginning.

I’ve had my tragus done for 8 years & never once had a loss of front or back.

I wore one of CD’s for 2 hours & the front fell off. I tested the other prior to using & they fail to fully lock. I emailed them asking for another which they kingly sent, but it was the complete wrong one which is beyond too big, and I requested to return the entire order after testing the one sent & realising it is an actual problem, but I’ve heard not a peep!

Really frustrating & wouldn’t advise using them with this experience given I had 5 earrings & the thread on the actual earring just won’t lock fully on any of them enough to remain!

Loved the design unfortunately I'm unable to wear it. Its so tiny it's impossible to attach even with a magnifying mirror I couldn't do it. Also the gauge is very thick and I couldn't get it through my helix at all
