i bought a silver belly bar for £15 and it broke within the first few days of having it. i then emailed the customer service email, asking for a new one or a refund, and they never responded

I love the earring but sadly as the back has a kind of fluted edge ( which looks very pretty) instead of smooth round edge it catches with my hair and gets tangled. As I have worn my earring I am unable to send it back or I would for a different one.

Order from them and it was a total waste of money the jewellery wasn’t what I ordered and was so cheaply made as well as missing items. I contacted the company got a response asking for my details gave my details and got no response after that. I’ve messaged on their Instagram page and email also directly through the email account linked to their PayPal and nothing! Waste of money wish I read reviews first.

I really like the quality of the jewellery. And the delivery time was so fast. However the down side is that I ordered 2 products the same and only one of them was correct. But despite that their prices are good so I would order from this company again

Received the wrong item. After several attempts to contact the company I received the correct item which is faulty. Cherry Diva has not responded to my email.
Waste of money and my time.

Great service, great communication, fast delivery, love the delivery box and packaging thankyou card inside. Lovely touch and makes it more exciting to open (as bought as a gift). Would highly recommend to friends, fabulous service.

They have sent the wrong earring & I have emailed customer service twice but had no answer

Not worth the money at all, I ordered 2 different bars and they broke before I could even wear them. I returned them 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund.

Second review as this seems to be the only place they reply! Order sent back first class as was dissatisfied with the quality of the product. After numerous emails asking if they had received my return, and providing my proof of postage, I was then informed to make a complaint to Royal Mail using a link they provided.
I could only claim for postage from Royal Mail. The goods I purchased cost £25.49. Postage cost 1.95, which would amount to a loss of £23.54 through no fault of my own.
I then contacted cherrydiva again, and have as yet to receive a reply. I am most disappointed in their customer service. £23.54 may not seem a large amount of money to lose but in my opinion it is.
After reading many comments on trustpilot, may I suggest customers ask for a different address for their returns as many packages seem to go astray!

Forget everything I said past the first sentence, the 'replacement' was in the wrong colour. This company is entirely incompetent and can't even get a simple order right with 3 chances.

The Parcel was returned to sender with invalid address.. reached out via email with no response for days & had to resend a email after I chased it up with Royal Mail! Then had to send another email as to what was Happening to my order. Was told it would be re sent to me after clarifying my address which was correct on the original order. No update for a couple of days & no confirmation of the order being resent out.

I love my purchase...
The nose rings, are good quality and a reliable, fast delivery.
Will defo use Cherrydiva again.❤️

First order had absolutely no issues so I decided to order again - was sent the wrong item but reached out and got a reply relatively quickly. The correct item was sent to me with no further issues. Love this shop.

Do not order from this company!!! Terrible product & customer service!! Ordered earring and it wont unscrew, if I did get this unscrewed I would be very wary putting it in my ear!! Umpteen emails sent to reach resolution and im still stuck with and earring and cant use and a total waste of money!!

Ordered the PINK BUTTERFLY BELLY BUTTON RING, it’s cute and all but unfortunately can’t wear it together as one and it’s not aligned properly which was disappointing.
I was hoping for at least some form of discount on a purchase I can’t even use as intended but haven’t received any replies on my attempts at contact

Came very quickly, and was presented in such a lovely box that was all pink, I loved its presentation.
