You didnt turn up
You didnt turn up, and didnt even let me know he wasnt coming, so as I have OCD I took all the coats out of the understairs cupboard, and removed the bags from the door, moved the hoover etc , all for NOTHING!
I complained and requested the £80 I had to pay for an unnecessary visit 2 months ago. Tate did turn up this Friday and was fine.

Engineer arrived in time as specified. He checked Key pad, sensors and main box. All were found to be in perfect working condition.

The engineer did a very good job
The engineer did a very good job. The reason for the 4* is that we learnt from the engineer that we have not had monitoring since October 2025 due to the BT changeover, which also means we have been paying a pointless monthly line rental since that time. I expect Chubb to give full refunds for both these issues.
