The engineers are fine but so much goes…
The engineers are fine but so much goes wrong with our system we are thinking of changing.For example panic alarm not working when needed resulting in my wife being hit over head by two intruders . Your founder charles chubb would turn in his grave if he new . Regards peter viola .

poor customer service
poor customer service, overcharged, when querried they added new items that were not on teh original invoice. They refuse to speak to customers by phone. Emails go unanswered. Eventually got invoice corrected after 2 phone calls, 5 emails, when they admitted to overcharging and adding addtional items to invoice that were not completed or required, one new extingisher should have been £40 but was originally charged at £144.13. Have asked 5 times to be sent a copy of what their prices are but no response.
