I have purchased with Cliff.ae a marble cooking set to send as a gift to my family back home. I was looking for high-quality cooking set to be worth sending overseas and have long-lasting durability. However, when the set arrived, I saw that what they called marble coated wasn't true, it was actually a normal aluminum cooking set being sold as marble coated for a higher price. Since it wasn't the right product, I tried to contact them ON THE SAME DAY and request to return it and get a refund, especially because after checking all the items in the set I even found some damaged items. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Their customer service was just really bad, they refused to help me and I ended up being ignored by them, I sent e-mails, I sent Whatsapp messages and they are still without any clear answer. It's the first online shop in Dubai that does not accept refunds even though I received a damaged item and an item that does not correspond to the ad description. I don't recommend this horrible purchase experience to anyone!!

Got a perfume delivered which has been opened before and used. Rather spend the couple bucks more on a reliable and honest shop.

Prices are fine and item are original but Buy now pay later very hard to get approved and limit is less. They should increase the limit cause the limit they approved can’t get much electronic.
But over all you get approved for limited account.

Placed my order 2 days ago, no mention of delivery date..tried calling customer service. No answer.

Ordered something from them. Some piece is missing hence we cannot use it. They told me they will bring me the missing pc but it’s been more than 20 days now still no response from them. 👎👎👎
