I ordered a wall liner for a cat flap, but my address was wrong and I didn't see it on time.
Parcel got stuck at the delivery center
and I contacted Closer Pets to amend my fault.
Sue from Closer Pets sent the new address info to the delivery firm.
After 3 days there was still no delivery update and I contacted Sue at Closer Pets again.
Sue just sent another wall liner free of charge
and I received it today.
Great service, which is not so easy to come by these days.

DIY Produkt statt ausgereift
Hallo Closer Pet Team.
Heute ist die Hundeklappe angekommen und ich habe sie eingebaut. Leider haben mich mehrere Dinge gestört. Vorher hatte ich eine Katzenklappe CatMate 234B und war vollkommen zufrieden. Das Braun hat zur Tür gepasst und die Klappe war innen komplett in braun ausgekleidet.
Bei der Hundeklappe (ich habe jetzt eine größere Katze) waren als Auskleidung nur Kunststoffstreifen in weiß! dabei. Diese waren weder vorgebogen für die unteren Rundungen noch decken sie den Bereich an der Aufhängung der Klappe ab.
Mit viel Basteln habe ich die Auskleidung halbwegs ansehnlich hinbekommen, aber die gewohnte Qualität wie bei der CatMate Klappe sehe ich hier nicht. Das Braun der Klappe ist auch viel heller als bei der CatMate Klappe.
Können Sie mir dennoch eine passende Auskleidung in braun zukommen lassen?

Die Farbe ist
RAL-Farbe 8016 mit der Farbbezeichnung Mahagonibraun.

Easy to order, quick delivery, decent quality
Very easy to order; very good website. Delivered after 2 days (Belgium). Solid flap, decent quality. I tried rechargable batteries first, but they were too weak. Alkaline batteries are better. After 2 attempts, the cat's chip was recognised. It took him about 2 days to get used to his new flap (the old one was a non-electric). It is also the different sent that made the cat suspicious. It helps to clean the new flap with your usual cleaning product; the cat recognizes and trusts that sent! And indeed, when he pushes against the flapdoor, it takes hardly one second before the lock goes down and the cat can enter.
So, there were actually no problems to install the flap or to program and recognize the cat's chip.
Of course I cannot tell how long the 4 alkaline batteries will last; it's only one week in use.

Heel tevreden over klantenservice en producten
Voedingsadaptor voor fontein besteld. Was beschadigd geraakt bij de leveringsdienst. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Closerpets voor een oplossing. Zij hadden geen adaptor meer ter beschikking dus hebben ze mij een volledige nieuwe fontein opgestuurd. Ik ben super tevreden van deze producten en hun klantvriendelijkheid.
