Good communication
After having some long term issues with logging into my account on the portal, I had a call from a Club 4x4 representative today and she very efficiently fixed the problem as we spoke, great customer service this time.

Easy Process But....…
The email prompting the opening of an account using the new portal, included a registration number of my vehicle. Unfortunately this rego number was for a previous vehicle and not the one currently insured. This caused some confusion requiring the assistance of one of the very helpful staff. All good once this was sorted.

They said I was covered but didn't renew the policy!
First off I didn't receive my renewal offer, they said they were sending but I was not receiving it. They then sent to another email address and I received it. At the renewal date they sent me the policy indicating I was covered for the next year. When I tried to link the policy in my customer workspace it would not link indicating couldn't find policy. I rang then and asked if the renewal had occurred they said no I had not and couldn't work out why, I would have been uninsured for the next 12 months and not known if I had not tried to link the policy. How can they send someone a document indicating you are covered but not actually renew the policy!!!
