Trying to get insurance quote on a brand new car of which we are yet to collect and the expectation of full photos etc could not be completed prior to obtaining a quote for a stock standard of the floor vehicle.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration, particularly when arranging insurance for a brand-new vehicle. Our system automatically generates a referral email based on the vehicle’s value when trying to obtain a quote online; however, as the vehicle is brand new, photos would not be required. An invoice as proof of purchase, along with a list of any modifications, would be sufficient. We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused.
