Is competitively priced, have never had to make a claim for anything other than glass for windscreen with no issues so far. More coverage and inclusions than other insurers.

I was disappointed in the renewal…
I was disappointed in the renewal transactions and the cost of the renewal. Was sent an invoice saying it had been paid when it wasn't and they had problems taking the payment which was not my fault. Brendan however was most helpful in solving the issue for and asked management authorize Small compensation. He is very good at customer service five stars for him.

Easy online process with great phone support.
My initial inquiry online was really positive and i found the website easy to navigate. When I didn't have a piece of information needed to complete my transaction I needed to call the help line. The consultant (Maria) was fantastic, extremely helpful and assisted by pretty much completing my insurance application. She made sure I knew what I was getting with the product and what options were available. She was patient as I completed things online and made sure everything was set up for me to navigate independently at a later time. Following the call I obtained the information needed and i was able to make the necessary changes. Maria made all of this possible and easy to do.
