First of all, excellent coffee! Been ordering for 2 years, never disappointed. The last order was short a bag, and Clumsy Goat substituted an equal blend immediately as per my follow up instructions. No worries at all… plus we love the company name😁

My beautiful Mocca Coffee machine…
I purchased a Mocca Coffee machine which arrived very promptly. I have been pleasantly surprised by the improved taste and clearly I should have shopped with Clumsy Goat sooner. Overall my experience is good and there web site is easy to use and worth a visit.

I had a great experience with Clumsy Goat Coffee. My order, including a Wilfa Performance Compact coffee maker and Wilfa Svart grinder, arrived quickly and was very well packed. My purchase was fairly simple, I knew what coffee machine I wanted, found it to be a decent price on Clumsy Goat Coffee and that they were based in the UK, so I made my purchase. The delivery time was fast and package arrived in great condition. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. My order was missed and was not dispatched until I contacted the company to ask about its status, 4 days after placing the order. There was no communication or effort to resolve the issue.
As compensation for the delayed delivery, I was offered free coffee, but this was never provided. Overall, the company appears to have little interest in customer satisfaction or effective customer service. There is significant room for improvement in how customer issues are handled and communicated.

I bought a coffee grinder from clumsy goat coffee.
The price of the device was competitive, but the after sales comms were good on delivery etc. The grinder was delivered on time.
I just thought it was a good overall buying experience.
