Great price, product and service. Had a bit of confusion with a note in the parcel but the customer support was quick and very helpful and compensated me with some coffee for the inconvenience which I really appreciate.
Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Sourced a specific espresso machine model colour way I’d been struggling to find anywhere and when it arrived damaged initially it was replaced straight away.

The Machine came packaged really well and in a good timescale, so far can't fault it I just need to up my Barista skills!
Only thing I could say is would have been nice for a sample bag of the Coffee you have to try with the machine, I'm sure your margins could have covered a sample to entice me to buy more Coffee🤔

Amazing vustomer service
Honest review, and bare with me.
Having read other reviews and looking for a specific espresso machine ( Sage dual boiler ) i came across Clumsy Goat. The offers they did especially when combined with grinders were better than anywhere else.
I took the plunge and ordered the dusl boiler and eurika zero package.
Very quick dispatch 😃
Unfortunately when the machine arrived it was the right one but the wrong colour ( a simple picking error ). This is when a good company becomes a great company. I phoned and was speaking to Rachel straight away. She was brilliant. Machine returned and new one sent out all within a couple of days ( plus some free coffee to make up for the minor inconvenience.
These guys were a pleasure to deal with and were so responsive I can only cOmmend them.
Im sure i will be a repeat customer for their high end coffee.

Bought an a400 franke machine of these…
Bought an a400 franke machine of these scamsters a few years back. The machine by franke itself is substandard. Very expensive service and repair costs DONT BUY IT. cost me thousands of pounds. Further more this sham company clumsy goat box you in a corner that we can only go through them for servicing. Franke informed me they have me under contract which doesn’t exist so they need to remove their name by informing franke. They still won’t let go and have made it extremely difficult yet it’s a simple email they need to send to franke. So be aware of sham companies such a ls these. I won’t let it go. They’ll be hearing from my lawyers soon.
I haven’t put the exact date of purchase as I can’t remember bit was well before covid
As from their response below they only took action as they knew I was going to take legal action otherwise the response they have given below is a lie. They know full well this was not the case. Be aware of this seller as they don’t tell you the truth when they’re selling the machine.

There was a delay in delivering the grinder, but Katie quickly provided me a new delivery date after contacting their supplier which was honoured. I would highly recommend this company for customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them in future.

The coffee I purchased was based on a cafe I favour and they gave me the supplier.
Service from order to delivery was all as promised and the coffee is excellent.
Any company can supply a good product but the buying experience wins or loses on the people involved.

Great quality and flavours, why have I not heard of these before!
Discovered this brand of coffee through a restaurant in Whitby and had to ask where it came from.
We bought 1 large bag of beans (Brazilian) and some syrups, so no comment on what buying hardware from them is like.
For both the coffee beans, they are little pricier than some high street options but not excessively, and the quality and taste are far better, and one of the best of all I've tried so far.
It was a bit difficult to decide on which beans from their description as they're all a bit vague, had i not tried it in a restaurant first I probably wouldn't have gone for it.
The Brazilian is definitely not the bean I tried in the restaurant but nice in it's own way with a more distinct taste and undertones. Will be buying the Italian next as i suspect that might be the one I'm after.
As far as coffee quality and flavour goes, this is the brand for me and will be a repeat buyer.
Ideally I'd have liked the option to buy a small box with 2-3 different bean types to trial all the flavors first, which could also double up as a great gift pack!
