Wise Honda Decatur Tx - The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. These guys are near impossible to reach by phone (I have been calling for 2 weeks) and would rather text you. I bought a new mower for $5100 and it has snapped a deck spring 2 weeks after purchase & with very few hours the drive belt snapped (which isn't covered by the warranty) and they want almost $400 to replace a $50-$60 dollar belt. I have asked to speak to them on the phone by text, no response. I would stay clear of doing business with them if you ever expect any service, & if you expect them to treat you like a valued customer. Once they got a sale, you mean little to them.

I have ordered two items from IV rose at the beginning of march, paying£48 for both items, I only received one item, and I'm still waiting for the second item, now I tracked the item and it has been sent, yet I have yet to receive it. What I must say however is I have ordered from them several times, and all clothes I have received, have been excellent quality. And fitted well. It's just when it comes to updating in items ordered. They are rubbish. Yet I can't find anything on the website to talk to someone. Very frustrating

Terrible Customer Service TUI
We were informed by Tui on 23rd February that our Marella Cruise in May was cancelled, and they told us we had 14 days to let them know if we wanted to transfer our booking to another cruise at a later date.
We decided we would like to take up this option so tried phoning customer services. We continually phoned 3 or 4 times a day for four days, sometimes hanging on for over an hour, but never got to speak to anyone.
I then emailed Tui on their customer care contact link, and they replied saying an agent would be contacting us within 72 hours. We waited 3 days but heard nothing so we tried their customer care line again only to get same automated message that we would hear from an agent within 72 hours.
Its now been 10 days since cancellation email and we still havn't heard from Tui, so this afternoon we tried phoning again. After an hour on the phone someone answered !!! HOORAY !!! ....However !!! The agent asked how we booked our holiday, and when we said it was booked online, he said we had reached wrong Dept and would redirect our call, OH NO !!!!!! HE PUT US BACK IN QUEUE !!!! We were on hold for another hour before we gave up.
VERY BAD SERVICE TUI, VERY BAD INDEED. DEAL WITH YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS BEFORE TAKING ON NEW ONES !!!
We'll probably just demand a full refund now and start looking at other holiday options before wasting any more of our time. I dread to think what our phone bill will be!

This complaint is about the Walmart Store in Quincy,Florida. This is the largest chai store in this small town to serve this community. It doesn’t matter when you go there, the majority of item ie. eggs ,frozen items, desserts or namely any thing else, you won’t find it. The manager has a lackadaisical attitude and appears to be weak in supervision. Something or someone from cooperative needs to do some unannounced visits. This place is surely pathetic. People would rather drive to neighboring Tallahassee than to deal with the nonsense of the staff and management. Some of the staff ack as though you as the customer doesn’t exist.
Cooperative if ever you need to check out a place then this would be it.

I have grave concerns about the authenticity of reviews on trust pilot which appears to have no moderation process to check the reviews so is manipulated by companies such as Vintage Cash Cow to give an inaccurate picture which sadly many people rely upon trust pilot when it cannot be trusted
Higher Bill from Three
My plan with Operator Three is €29 a month, however I went abroad in November 2nd, 2020 and my mobilephone was without roaming data and phone call for more than 40 days, so Three charged me a bill of €120 in November and another one of €120 in December without have provided me with the service. I requested a cancellation so they asked me for 30 days notice and a fine of €282. That's stupid. @Three Ireland

Legendary Flooring - Inferior Company and Product
This summer, I had 1,100 square feet of luxury vinyl tile planks installed in my basement supplied by Legendary Floors at 3036 Parquet Dr, Dalton, GA. The previous flooring was luxury vinyl tile and I never had an issue with it (had to change it out due to a sewer backup). The Legendary luxury vinyl tile made insidious cracking, snapping and crinkling noises with every step. Legendary Floors came to my house and told me that there was nothing wrong with product or the installation. Legendary Floors would not admit their product was faulty or honor their warranty. The Distributor did not agree with Legendary Floor's position and reinstalled the flooring with an underlayment, which helped, but did not solve the problem. Recently, I replaced the Legendary Floors with another luxury vinyl tile from a different company, and NO NOISES! Beware that Legendary Flooring sells an inferior low quality product and does not stand behind their warranty.

Went onto Arriva bus app to see when the bus is arriving and all it says is there is no Arriva services nearby since this morning. So I downloaded the new bus app and it is disappointing to say the least as it does not tell you how long the bus is. So when I have to take my disabled friend to the bus stop and find out that the bus is already gone and have to wait another 30 minutes to catch a bus but as my friend has a problem with the cold and gets cold very easily if she Waits too long for anything outside. So they need to go back to the old bus app and get rid of the new one as it's not working properly.

Never ever leave your card details registred in Amazon Pay. On 09/10/2020 I was looking some products in
"House of Beauty". At the end by amazon pay link, it was just concluid the shopping. I did not add my security number card and Amazon charged. Until now, 16/11/2020 I did not receive any os my shopping, I tried contact the House of Beauty who never replied my email. My piece of advise do not trust in Amazon neither House of Beauty.

Okay I have purchased a few different items through wishlist.com and I have not received anything forever I gave him high credit and told them to my brother and my brother 6purchased something from them and still has not received it and this has been since March I have ordered stuff from January to now and has spent over a hundred and something dollars and I still have not received anything paid for hire Quaker delivery and still have not received it I've ordered speakers headphones lights fishing pole and a few other things I have not received anything I have ordered this year at all I can't even look at my record to see what I have purchased but the money came off my account and then I had to close my account because somebody had hacked it and they hacked my Facebook so I had to get a new Facebook and when I did that I could not see anything anymore and if they tried to return the money they couldn't but I opened up a new account and new Facebook and put it on and try to see what was up and order again and they still did not deliver my product I give this one out of five a zero I do not recommend this I have bought and parts for my bike also it's an e-bike and I needed a couple parts for it and I never received that I'm pretty upset pretty mad and I don't think I will ever go back to this business what they should do give me my product and kind of maybe give me back the money for the shipping they don't have to give me for the product if they don't send it and they should at least answer my messages when I've sent them they just basically ignore me and never talk to me I can't find their number I may be dumb about it and not be able to find it but I just can't find it I'm very upset and do not recommend this business to anyone at least until something good may happen like I said I'm one of the orders I've spent like $860 and another couple other orders I spent at least 30 to 40 on each so it's a total of probably like three to four hundred dollars worth of stuff I am pretty upset I hope this help

I ordered a washing machine and dish washer from currys and arranged for delivery for yesterday and paid £40.00 for the items to be delivered between 7 and 11 oclock. We have still not received items 24 hours later. Telephoned currys and waited 55 minutes to get through and was told we would receive delivery today. Still waiting.

You: i am really concerned, my elderly parents bought a smart TV from currys and paid £40 for it to be installed, the engineer came to fit the TV he said their DVD player was not compatible with their new smart TV? and they would need to pay for a new cable and a dvd player that would be compatable, he brought in a dvd player which had VHS tape facility as well must have been over 10 years old he took extra money and fitted an old dvd player ???? this man was soo large and tall my elderly parents were scared and basically did not want to question him they do not want to complain as they are too scared as he knows where they live whats happening ?

UPS damaged my parcel, it arrived torn and contents damaged. It has been 6 weeks and UPS has not done anything about that! I sent photos, and all required information but nothing happened. Even if you lodge a comment and a claim on their sight, you get nowhere. UPS, please address this matter and do not be dishonourable and untrustworthy company. If anyone can help, please advise. UPS shame on you!

We ordered tiles from Crocotile in Chesterfield .A young person dealt with us and he was polite and efficient.We then had a message to say the tiles were ready .I tried to ring before we went to warn them we were coming and hoped they could be put in our car from the entrance in the car park.A message came through on the phone to say they knew we were waiting then a message said ‘Please try later’,When we arrived at the shop y husband went in wearing his mask and I was alarmed to see a woman on the telephone with her mask pulled down in the window.My husband went it and asked if he could have our tiles which were in the doorway, not a good position with customers going in and out,I saw the man in charge start to pick up two boxes of ties and his mask was below his nose and very ill fittinglHe bought two boxes of tiles to the car and I asked him why he was not wearing his mask properlyHe sad it had slipped down and told my husband to sort me out!He came back again muttering and I told him it was unacceptable.He then stormed off and told my husband he could do the rest of the tiles himself.My husband is mid seventies and is considered hig risk.The practices I saw in this shop are totally unacceptable in an area that is all ready tier two.He should have apologised and I would suggest a visor with a mask that fits.He is the reason that Covid is spreading at an alarming rate,
