I wondering if you can help me please I had terrible experience 9 months ago with integrity roofing ltd Bristol I paid upfront money for roof to replace the workers turn up drunk my neighbours witness workers was on the roof drunk damaged my ceiling thru the bathroom and the bedroom please see attachment the company is irresponsibility unsafe Adam Chamber ignored my phone calls and Steven Harrison as well  water was going inside my electric lights no one see problem I had that on going for 5 weeks freezing cold in my house I just would like to pre worn people's for that company and every times I put review on your website Witch supposed help peoples for some reasons my review is removed every times I really strongly feel it is unfair I’m only honest person who was ripped off from that company and all his 5 stars review is his friends all fake please help me put true review please see attachment my roof still need Maintenance thank you

Uber eats from KFC Ince

Uber eats in Wigan and Bolton are poor. Do not care about customer service, deliver the wrong food and are rude about it. It was a KFC order and I do not blame KFC THE UBER DRIVER WAS RUDE. When questioned if It was the right order the response was “not my problem”. REALLY?!!

my account was closed by cash plus bank and reason was not given and after which i asked for my statement to be sent to me but never got it, i was told someone was going to get back to me and its been two weeks now and anytime i called they kept pushing me away that someone was going to get back and given different reason i think its right in my own terms to ask for my statement as i was charged for every transaction carried out with the bank and also an explanation as why my account was closed now am not interested in banking with cash plus any more but i still request my statement to be sent out to me.the customer service is zero and communication level is very bad they keep you in silence and you don't have a clue what next to do.

CARCENOGENIC SUBSTANCE IN HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY

I have bought and been using, Rescue Sleep by Bach. I looked at the ingredients and found it contains ethanol as does Rescue remedy (for pets). Here is a description of ethanol.
'ETHANOL Is a toxic chemical and should be treated and handled as such. It may also be carcinogenic' Why is something so dangerous being used in a homeopathic spray and droplets for people and animals. Jenny

Racist Firestone Refused To Service Me Because I'm Black

On 10/7/2020 at around 7:50 a.m. Eastern Standard time I pulled into the parking lot of the Bridgestone Firestone, located at 2754 Riverside Drive, Macon, GA 31204. My serpentine belt was slipping off the tension and I knew I would lose power and be unable to steer the car if that were to happen. I pulled up by the front door and realized I was the only customer there. Firestone had just opened. I walked in and encountered the Firestone Agent named Josh. Josh pretty much ignored me, even though I was the only customer there. I had to get his attention even though he was practically right in front of me and saw me walk in. He never greeted me. I told Josh what was happening with my car and asked if he could check the tension and place the belt back on. Josh flatly refused. He said the tension had 'locked up' without even looking at the car. He then turned his back on me and walked away.

I am a black woman. Josh is a white man. I sort of figured he was probably racist. He refused to even write up a ticket. I went back outside and got in my car to see if I could make it to another location and as soon as I started to back up the serpentine belt came completely off the pulley and my battery light came on and my power steering locked up.

I opened the hood and verified the serpentine belt had indeed come off. I went back into Firestone (I was still the only customer) and told Josh the belt had come off and asked if he could assist. Josh again refused

I went back out to my car to try and figure out what I would do. I had to be at work shortly and had an urgent appt to make that morning and could not understand why Josh refused any help. He never even came out to my car, even though I was in front of the door and he could see me since the front of the building was glass, and he ignored me. Josh saw that I had my hood up.

Why would he not write out a ticket to look at my car? Why was I continuously ignored? Why was I not greeted? Why did he not offer any assistance at all when he clearly saw I was stranded?

I was able to call a mobile mechanic who came out and installed a new tension right in front of the Firestone front door.

He did this mechanic work in the firestone parking lot. As Firestone had refused me service because of my race.

I saw white customers come and go and they were ALL assisted. I alone was ignored. My race had to be a factor.

Frustrated, I once more approached Josh as my car was being worked on and I asked him for the managers name and number or General Managers name and number.

Josh looked at me and asked why did I ask for those and then he immediately said he was not allowed to give this information out and he went on ignoring me.

This was the absolute strangest experience I have ever had with a business. This was outright racism. It's like 1963 all over again. This was the weirdest thing that had ever in my life happen to me at a business. I was outright refused service.

It's weird that I had to call a mobile mechanic to repair my car when I was at Firestone and right in front of the door and I was there during their open hours. Firestone refused to even write out a ticket.

I sent a complaint to the Firestone corporate office in Nashville through their website and I also contacted them on Facebook messenger. NO RESPONSE. They have continued to ignore me.

I will never ever do business with Firestone. They have shown me that they are a racist reprehensible company that does not care about minority customers. They will give a BS response to TrustPilot even though they have refused to even acknowledge me or my complaint.

I posted a complaint on 23rd September…

I posted a complaint on 23rd September 2020 about being refused admission at Grosvenor Casino, due to my ID not being updated It has expired during lockdown period

I received a call from their customer service last week

The man phoned to apologise for my not given access then promptly stated just bring your ID on next visit

What sort of an apology was that
No mentioning that his staff should have used their discretion to allow my entry
It’s was like telling me off

I then pointed out that I was never notified by email or phone to say that you ID needed to be updated

His replied was that they have no record of my contact details

When I told him that I have been receiving emails from them regarding their reopening, he gave me a stupid excuse saying data protection law stated I need to give then permission

So I asked how come I was receiving new updates from them via emails regarding their changes in their opening times

What nonsense of excuses!

All I wanted to hear was that their staff should have treated valued customers better especially when my sister was allowed in and I wasn’t
Discretions should be exercised
Also that we travelled over an hour to get there amid Covid fear plus their casino was quite empty at that time

Beware of British Gas .

Beware of British Gas .. My elderly parents have been with British Gas for many , many years and has had nothing but issues with them since December 2019. Incorrect billing and demands for money..
it transpires that they actually owe my parents £666 but can we get this back .. NO. My dad died in July 20 yet still no money how can they treat a deceased person like this . I’ve rung them numerous times and been told the refund is in progress but still nothing. Complained to British Gas directly.. no response . Now in September and still no joy.. appalling service .

i was looking to purchase a dining…

i was looking to purchase a dining room set,that was not too expensive. i looked at joss and main, and found one that was on sale with free shipping. i ordered it. imagine my surprise when they delivered a hideous chest,not the dining set. i immediately called them and after trying to ascertain what they were going to do to either pick up the mistaken item and send the correct item,i was put on hold and the customer service rep,hung up on me. i called right back and was informed that they were going to send the correct item asap. meanwhile i received an email from joss and main ,telling me to dispose of or donate the chest they had sent in error. imagine my surprise when 3 days later i received 2 separate emails instructing me that they would be sending someone to pick up the chest. i emailed them in return ,that as per their first email i no longer had this huge chest that was taking up a lot of space in my home. i will never order from this incompetent company again.

Purchased a shower enclosure from Victorian Plumbing which must have even the worst experience possible
Firstly had problems with organising the delivery date which ended with part order being delivered two weeks before the remainder was delivered
Then it was found that One part was the wrong size so tried to contact someone to talk to reported the problem which we have received 7
Ended with ordering a replacement part which had to be paid for and was told it was my responsibility to return the wrong part at my own cost even though the carrier used was delivery could have picked up when delivering
Sorry we are very busy but someone will contacted you without 5-7 days first one was dated 5 weeks ago and still no contact
It would seem that the coronavirus accounts for everything including poor customer relations
Would advise anyone to source anything from local sources

Ordered a sample bottle of "Rapid Keto Burn" that was at only $6.95 when I was ordering some other vitamins. Got and than got hit by another charge $89.95 later for "membership". Called and told them that I did NOT agree to this. Was told that if I did not dispute the charge, they would give me a 50% credit. I told them, no thank you and and have gone ahead an placed this in dispute with the credit card company. The company name is fastactivehealthsolutions. It has been in existence for 327 days. It uses a homebase that seems to be well known for "here today and gone tomorrow." In my opinion this is a scam. Be careful and know that if you order a bottle of Rapid Keto Burn for the low price of $6.95 to try, you will get hit later with a charge of $89.+ charges.

Schuhepro.com offers sneakers from China. Does send the first order, but unlike return policy (in German) on website does not allow for sending back if it does not fit. If goods can t be obtained elsewhere, better to avoid.

Supplier name from Ali Express Supplier VXOFASHION S. ordered what was advertised they sent totally different I am sick and tied of suppliers taking our money and advantage of customers I have been with Ali many years and haven’t had a problem but now I have been scammed 2 times in 10 days other supplier that scammed me is EPUZS JON STORE again from AliExpress,Very disappointed also postage to send back should be free company doesn’t explain if you can have free return and how to apply for it you only get a robot to talk to very frustrating.

Direct Ferries....I've sent emails…

Direct Ferries....I've sent emails saying that I do not want voucher for a ferry that was cancelled by the company due to Covid. I was told to send an email to an email address given on this site and no response. Today I get a response that's automated saying the emails are not read or responded to so how do you make contact with Direct Ferries, can someone at Direct Ferries response to this maybe?

Greenleaf tree services are scammers

Greenleaf tree services are scammers. They charged £400 to cut and kill my garden grass and promised it would not grow back but in less than a week it starts to grow back and I called and they promised to come re spray it but they never showed up. They not answering their calls or messages. So please be aware. The name of the company is Greenleaf Tree Services and their numbers are 01525887389, 07900128180, 07456057198. They keep changing names but the same voice, they go by Anthony, Steven and Collin. Those are the names and numbers they keep changing into and am sure it's one person. I have prove of conversations via text messages and videos. Greenleaf services are a scammer company, they are going around scamming vulnerable people especially women.

Trustpilot...

Trustpilot.... dealing with this company is a dreadful experience. It appears that all staff operate in different ways. Hard to get hold, standard template replies, months to respond. I can only assume that Trustpilot remove complaints about their owm company. Anyelse agree

A warning to highlight PC-repair software TWEAKING.COM

This a warning to highlight a software company producing a so-called computer repair program called TWEAKING.COM. Sadly it is connected with MajorGeeks who many PC users will also know,
The site tweaking.com seems to offer support and service amongst which the instant supply of a lost Licensing ID for software purchases is offered.
After weeks of requesting the company (which does exist) for my Licence ID to be sent both they and their current sales agent have not replied and any repeat requests are ignored. This is deliberate fraud of course and I hope that anyone about to use this company's software will think twice before purchasing their work. The program installed three years ago suddenly refused to start one day and asked for the Licence ID which no longer showed. The program sits useless and the damage done to the machine is final. Please do not be caught by this set of scammers - it will cost you more than money, with no sign of honesty or the promised redress. If they were banned from trading it would not be too soon. There no is excuse for fraud except retribution.
