contacted connect broadband twice now…
contacted connect broadband twice now over the last 6 weeks to take up there offer online and on both occasions have not had a reply , so my opinion at this point is not good ,don't put offers out if you not interested in replying ,
Since posting I’ve had a response so that’s good , but they are unable to provide broadband due to technical difficulties, so I am going to adjust my review and stars to 4 knocking 1 off for late response which I think is fair

Connect Fibre always helpful!
Connect Fibre are a great company and I have not had any issues. Had a few interactions with them and they have always been helpful and communicative throughout. Today I was posted my Wi-Fi 7 router and had trouble getting it up and running. After chatting with Matthew issue was resolved within 20 minutes. He was patient and helpful throughout.

Pleasant efficient installer
Pleasant efficient installer, good with explanation of fibre wiring run, and the setting up of the router. Gave good account of how to connect home phone for VOIP service.
Less impressed with sales team who said little of how to changeover from previous provider, and gave no advice at all about reconfiguring wifi devices, the most important being EV integration.That loses 2 stars.
Customer service is very good.
As to the reason for changing to you, ( better connection and up and download speeds) I’m not convinced I’ve seen much improvement - things still work, streaming still slow, dubious about EV updates and charging. I may have to come back for a signal booster to get me back to previous Wifi providers capability.

DO NOT SWITCH TO CONNECT FIBRE
We were chased repeatedly to change to Connect Fibre by the salespeople. We had no option as we had limited internet where we live. (only 70Mbps but reliable) We changed to Connect Fibre 4 weeks ago, the staff installing were very friendly and helpful and did a great job.
In only 4 weeks the internet has gone down twice for myself and my neighbours.
First time for 7 days and yesterday down again (still down). No phone call or warning. If you want reliability DO NOT switch to Connect Fibre.

Graham, that is unfortunate that your home has had it's service interrupted twice in such a short time. I'd like to reassure you, that's unusual, and we know that one of those occurrences was due to a 3rd party damaging our network, so we can only apologise on their behalf. We hope to have the 3rd party complete the fix asap so that you can get back online and again apologise for any inconvenience that's been caused by this. We do appreciate your kind comments regarding your installation. We're really pleased that at least went well. 5 star service
Everything from initial enquiry to booking & installation 5 star.
Able to offer us an appointment within 2 weeks.
Ged & Jordan provided us with an excellent service. Discussed where we wanted installation. Completed the job efficiently & left everything as good as they found it. I was concerned the installation would cause some damage to the garden & drive, but you cannot tell where the fibre has been fitted.
Ged talked us through post fitting connection.

Can't fault the company
Can't fault the company. From phone calls with Paul, everything is explained well. Nelson did the setup in the house, no fuss no mess, very respectful.
At last we have proper internet.. Very pleased.
