Always very helpful and keep you well informed, covering any changes or issues to the system. After nearly 2 years of use the broadband has been solid and fast. So very pleased.

I spoke with Paul Long to arrange broadband with them. Paul discussed all our options and had set everything up for our installation soon. Thank you for all your help Paul. Highly recommended if you are considering changing your current provider.

Ammad was great! Really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He made sure we were fully happy with the fibre fitting, included us in the decisions on where the cables should go, and then talked us through everything we needed to know post fitting. Communication prior to fitting was great, and customer service to date has been good. Our broadband speeds are now 19 times faster!

The installation team were super professional and friendly. No hiccups with my service 1 week in, however router supplied doesn’t have a range as good as my previous TP-link model. Shouldn’t be an issue unless your walls are as ridiculously thick as they are in my old place

Efficient installation and helpful putting it where I wanted it

Firstly I spoke to Ashleigh, a wonderful person. We had a lovely conversation about my account and how they could put things right for me about my account. I was then passed over to Tosin. He then told me how he was going put my account
right, and he did it really it well. New kit, better, stronger and easier to use.
I would like to say thank you to the both of you, I feel alot better after our conversations.
The people of Connect Fibre should have gold medals.

Initially thought connect fibre wasn't listening became increasingly exasperated but eventually customer services sorted my issue out

Exceptional service from Connect Fibre.
We had our new broadband installed today by Nelson from Connect Fibre. Took about 2 hours to install, with Nelson taking his time to explain what he was doing and why, with zero fuss. He also walked me through the WiFi app, showing me how it works and how to best manage our usage.
We're now receiving twice the upload and download speed as our previous supplier at half the cost!
All in all an exceptional service and I would recommend them to anyone.

The engineer, listened, to my wishes, with regard, to the siting, of the router,and despite, having, to endure, a very irate, wife, of mine, that immediately, went into OCD mode, once, She knew, that drilling, of a wall, was required,He did, no mess, at all!

Fast work everything up and running can't complain about anything

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The connection was completed easily with no fuss and no mess. Engineer was excellent and ensured Fibre was working in all rooms. Everything working perfectly and much cheaper than previous supplier. I'm very happy with ConnectFibre.

Grant was really professional, working quickly and unobtrusively, to install our Connect Fibre.
He was also an incredibly likeable man, taking care, as requested, to ensure that he did not leave any gate or door open through which our rare breed cats might escape.
His explanations and support throughout the entire installation and setup process were exemplary, and he made sure that I understood everything before leaving.
I was very impressed with Grant, and would suggest that his manager commend him for the care, diligence, respect and politeness he showed.
