I cannot fault connect upto now placing my order actually easy to get through and talk to a person and make the order. Had an issue(something I forgot) easily sorted. Installation yesterday the guy was super helpful and great. The equipment is top notch and im getting great speed upto now.

I am with the Connect Fibre for 18 months. I never had any problems. I got what they promised and beyond. The customer service brilliant they really take care the customers. I think I will stay with them for ever 😉.

Great experience dealing with Paul on my initial query who explained everything so well. No waiting on a phone line for endless minutes. Answered straight away and explained everything in great detail without being too ‘salesey’. Was able to book in for when we do our house renovations and also brilliant that were able to link our outside office. Great service. Can’t review on the broadband itself until we’re connected.

From the moment we signed up, the service has been great and everything about it is fast and reliable. Installation was quick and well explained and we’ve never not had internet down time caused by Connect Fibre. Our line did get disconnected last week due to the wind outside and a branch hitting our line, but engineers were out and had it fixed within 4 hours.

Signing up for Connect Fibre was dealt with very professionally. The sales person took time to listen to my need and concerns.

Excellent broadband provider. Super quick internet speeds and the cuatomer service is excellent. A quick message on whats app and someone replies almost instantly. Cant recommend Connect Fibre enough.

Credit where it's due, I have just changed over from Plusnet to Connect Fibre's Social Tariff Full Fibre Broadband which has more than tripled the speed at a much lower overall cost.
Communication was great from start to finish and installation took less than 2 hours to get broadband fully up and running, with just the home phone needing to connect the following day.
So far so good but fingers crossed Connect Fibre will continue to provide excellent value & service for its customers.

Super impressed so far. Installation was quick, installer was diligent and the speed and stability has been great since moving from slow open reach broadband.

The whole team involved in the order and installation couldn’t have been more helpful. For us the whole process was completed in about a week! Paul Long who took the order was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation team ensured that we knew what was happening and why, were very cooperative and worked skilfully. The system was explained well and they made sure we had no further questions.

Great service. Good communication, friendly and professional staff. Installation went very smoothly, both external and then router etc in the house.
