Great friendly service
From the online chat to the installation, it was so easy. Friendly staff who didn't treat you like an idiot when you didn't know something. The lady that did the installation was very helpful, even saving me some money, telling me that I didn't need the mesh installing. She made sure I was happy with everything before she left. The communication afterwards was great too.

Installation was completed smoothly with no issues. Very helpful engineer, explained everything in detail and was very friendly. Would highly recommend. Since installation we have had zero issues and the speeds we get are really great.

Great service and team. We have been with CF for nearly two years now and have just upgraded to their 2gig service using our own Asus wired 2.5G mesh set up [settings for anyone that needs:WAN>802.1Q=yes, VLAN ID=101. IPv6 connection type = native] the speeds and coverage are great.

Give Connect Fibre a try if you're fed up with BT and similar
Our Connect Fibre installer actually arrived early and apologised for doing so! That made a refreshing change, and he went on to make the installation as efficient as possible. He followed our suggested place to fit the hub,etc; to the letter, and spent time after the installation to make sure we were happy with the result and the signal throughout the house.
