Recently I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus. After 15 days when I did not receive my order I contacted the customer service center every day but every day they said it would be dispatched tomorrow or the day after which it never happened. After 1 month they suddenly told me that they cannot send the device and they will give me the money back after 15 days. My question is if you didn't have the device then why did you take the order and why did you keep me on hold for 1 month. And you should definitely refund the money within 1-2 days.

I order iphone 12 on 7 march 2026 and todays date is 22 march 2026 , after 15 days no updates are given , even still expected delivery date remains same pending. every time i wrote a email, there mangement reply with your order is in final processing dispatch within 3-5 days . everytime i try to contact with there mangement through call , there agent always busy . Worst mangement. worst company. They don't have any phones . never buy any phones from there website .

Recieved a phone with heating and battery draining issue. Called the support they say claim warranty in 4 days of delivery. The warranty page does not accept IMEI number. When u call them it's waiting time. Later they reply here ...please share contact number. #yug bhatia never expected such buisness techniques from u. Ur team cry for replacement also with any other product.

To be honest it is the best phone I have used till now and they claim it renew but I will say it is like brand new...

I ordered Iphone 8 Space Grey on 12 Jan 2026 and received dispatch confirmation on Feb 2, delivered on 4 Feb.
The phone is in excellent condition with some smudges.
They received my call 9/10 times.

the order was placed on 16th January 2026. But they still saying that there is minor issue which is causing delay in shipment. may i know why it is taking too long to shipped?

Edit: Got the Product. I cannot give you 5 star due to misinformation frequently to customer. Got the device in well condition. few scratches in camera lens area. Some marks on display(U can see it with polarized sunglasses only). U need to focus on your delivery terms and conditions. Anyway Thanks

They repeatedly said on phone calls that the item was “out of stock” and kept asking me to wait 2–3 days or 3–4 days every time worst experience.

Later, I received an email stating that my refund was being processed within 7–12 working days, but the money has still not been credited, and no refund reference has been shared.

I have now registered an official consumer grievance on the Government of India portal due to non-delivery and refund delay.

Ordered iphone13 on 11 October no Email confirmation or SMS that order has been placed. Very hard to reach customer support team. No proper response, some how I am lucky that after a long struggle I managed to get my refund. Worst service and poor customer support. I strongly recommend no to Controlz.

Quick edit: I got a mail and a whatsapp message that my item got shipped with a tracking I'd. But the core problem's still there. I messaged their official WhatsApp asking to pick up the call by the customers and a day later probably at 12 hours later they message me back I don't think a person typed me that. I mostly think that 's AI saying that tomorrow will all the problems will be fixed and today is that tomorrow mentioned in the message and no it hasn't be in fixed yet.

The phone delivered has a lot of dents and scratches on its body and screen, the camera is not working properly and the battery health is 78 percent. The customer care never answers to call and the warranty has not been confirmed yet.
