PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS APP. I recently bought an iphone in the month of November. It was clearly written “all original parts”. I trusted this company and bought it and never ever have i imagined that after 4months of usage a battery problem would arise. The phone suddenly started to malfunction like blacking out and restarting on its own. By the time i reached the phone repairing shop the battery was swollen from the side. I had to get it replaced urgently and when the technician opened the phone he directly asked me when did i repaired or opened my phone previously and i was shooked because i never did and sahivalue also said “all parts original” . The battery was replaced and screws were missing inside . Everything was altered . The audacity of this company to give assurance and sell it in a high amount disgusts me. I am still having so much problems after battery replacement and not forgetting the expenses.The worst part is i called to say this which i know they won’t say or do anything and they disconnected my call while i was talking . So please please do not from this bluffing company.

These days the experience with Sahivalue is a bit bitter in terms of customer handling and replying responses. The goods also are not checked properly for authenticity or categorized accordingly. Very casual approaches from the team members, as seeing lots of new faces and lack competence and experience. I also no observing any actions of feedback for correction or rectification. I am sure the business is good so one person voice doesn't matter much. Hope this reaches to the right eyes and ears to see some improvements, but truly this has overshadowed my previous good review of this company. Thanks and Stay Blessed

I bought an Apple Pencil Gen 1 from them, and they didn't include the adapter inside, so I had to arrange it separately. This took me more than 7 days. Now, when I checked, the pencil is not even working; I also charged it. They are refusing the return, saying 7 days is over. Don't trust this fraudulent company.

Sahivalue is not a trustworthy platform. I was cheated by it inthe name of mobile phone purchase. I lost 12000₹ . They cheated . They sent me a diffective mobile. Then they took 3 months to replace another mobile which I received Worked for 1 month and then dead. They donot respond and donot refund your money.

THE WHOLE COMPANY IS FRAUD AS THEY PUT ONE PRICE ON THE WEBSITE AND WHEN THE CUSTOMER COMES THEY MANUALLY CHANGE THE PRICE OF THE WEBSITE. TERRIBLE, USELESS AND RUDE PEOPLE ALMOST ALL OF THEM.
