Bought an iPhone from mobile goo first of all their customer service is one of the worst in all no clear voice don't pick up calls don't co-operate pass no. Of each other's my phone has few burn marks and screen pressing from bottom to lower end kinda replaceable after a few days the company employee were taking very much time to issue replacement but if got a white bold line out of nowhere after which they completely denied to give a replacement and asking for 9 k rupees for a repair or replacement. I was completely shocked by their behaviour and cooperation afterwards they didn't do anything now I'm completely off from this company . Cashify is much better go for it but not for mobile goo

I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro listed as being in "Superb" condition. However, the device I received had multiple dents and scratches all over the body. I immediately reached out to their team via email, phone, and WhatsApp, and also shared images clearly showing the damage.

Despite following up multiple times with their customer care and technical departments, I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up call, email, or response on WhatsApp.

Based on this experience, I seriously question the legitimacy of this business.

I regret ever trusting MobileGoo. I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, which died within a month despite their claims of "55+ quality checks" and a "6-month warranty." When I contacted them, they completely ignored me — only responding after I filed an official consumer complaint through the government portal.

And instead of standing by their warranty, they tried to blame me, refused a refund, and pushed for a shady repair — even threatening to charge me for “internal damage” without inspecting the device. What kind of company does that? A dishonest one.

Their so-called “customer support” is a joke. They hide behind WhatsApp chats, rotate agents like a scam call center, and offer zero accountability. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

MobileGoo is not a trusted seller — they are scammers running a refurbished trap. Don’t fall for their fake warranty promises or sleek website. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

I’ve taken legal action and I strongly urge others to do the same.
