Fantastic product. Got the magic mushroom design crutch and it was so comfortable to use and looks so great, I bought the midnight designed one the next day. Definitely recommended. Very good customer service to. Plus you can send your old crutches to them for issue to those who need. Fantastic

These are best looking but worst crutches I've ever had. The arm cuffs give you a nasty pinch when they move up and down and you have bare arms. The ergonomic handles give you bruised palms, the handles are too short meaning the lip also hurts your hands. The ferrules are too hard and after a day of use have given me sore elbows and you can't rest on your forearms with the cuffs when standing still because the pointless inner cuff digs into your arms. The ferrules cost £50 to replace which is an astronomical rip off and the worst of it is you can't send them back once you've found out just how bad they are. They have to be unused. So aside from the fancy looking but cheap wrap sticker, they are a complete waste of money unless you actually enjoy adding multiple new pains to your pre existing pain. Do not buy.

Great website and really easy to do business with. Coolcrutches were a personal recommendation from a friend who has bought several products. She let me try her walking stick and liked it so then it was just a case of picking the style I liked. The stick is great and everything g they said it would be. I like the spare parts availability too. Delivery and packing were spot on and very quick from order to being in my hand.

Great product. I love that it doesn't click when you walk with it and that it looks funky.
It would be great to have some info in the box about how to adjust the stick like a qr code to the website page.

I loved the cane! Personally feel like the stars maybe should have sparkled, but still love it! Ideally I feel there should be instructions for how to expand cane and remove the end with the package, instead of having to look on FAQ.

I have already recommended to my friend, who also needs a cane, about this company. And hope to make another purchase in the future.

Less happy with the price of the standard ferrules as they don’t seem to last that long.
The crutches themselves have been good but again looking at other similar ones they too seem expensive.
On a practical point the handles of the crutches have an odd shaped end with a circular moulding that sticks in my hand/s and becomes painful after prolonged use.

First of all the crutches are sturdy, durable and quiet. And they have great designs too. Customer service and care are always good and friendly.

It is really hard finding a colourful walking stick that also feels solid. Finally, I ordered one from Cool Crutches and I am very happy.
It is easy to adjust the height of the stick, and the cover for the handle is an added bonus. It takes some of the pressure off my hand and stops the hand slipping when sweating.
It would be nice if the strap was fabric instead of plastic, but that's a minor detail. It is big enough to not rub against my wrist.
Delivery was fast and I will not blame the company for the courier leaving it in an unsafe place.

, I recently bought my dad a stick from Cool Crutches, as his carved wooden one broke. He's only been using a stick this year so just used one he found around the house (probably inherited from my grandfather) dad wanted something that didn't make him feel "so old" (he's 82), would feel nicer in his hand than the curved wood, lighter to carry and less "clicky".
He's also 6' tall, and I was finding it hard to get a stick long enough in a shop. Then I found Cool Crutches last Saturday and showed dad. He loved the Strawberry design, and that it would be an ergonomic handle (left-handed)
It arrived so quickly on the Tuesday! And he loves it. He's said it feels very comfortable to hold and lean on, doesn't feel hard or jarring when he walks with it and the decorations make it fun rather than fusty. He's a very happy man, thank you Cool Crutches

As always the products are very good quality and from order to delivery very quick. I love the variety and am able to choose something that suits my personality.

My walking stick is beautifully made and arrived so quickly!

My walking stick is gorgeous, it's the first I've ever owned and was shipped quicker than expected and packaged securely. The quality is amazing, not rattly at all just a slight tap sound if you bring it down on the ground a bit harshly. And my favourite part is the handle and wrist strap! So super comfy and I even found it comfortable enough to temporarily swap hands if I'm doing something that requires me to do so. I feel confident and supported enough to go out on my own running errands and standing in queues or waiting around is so much easier now (important as I'm a non-driver). I would recommend to anyone as although a bit pricey, if you can get the VAT removed it's very worth the cost for the long term benefits!

The customer service is really good. Friendly, professional and fast.

It would be 5 stars but I have larger arms and the cuffs that come eith the crutches are too small, do I had to pay out an additional 45 for larger cuffs.

Going forward it would be nice to be given a choice of cuffs size to avoid additional costs. The cushion on the cuffs keeps falling off too so I took them off.

Otherwise the crutches are of outstanding quality, sturdy and comfortable. Ill be getting a stick soon too.
