Shop around for pet insurance.
I held the pet insurance policy with CO-OP last year. At renewal price nearly doubled (no claims made and dog still
Only 5). Found the identical policy with CO-OP on comparison site much cheaper than renewal. Rang CO-OP to see if they would just apply the price to the existing policy but couldn’t/wouldn’t so I let the old poicy lapse and bought the same policy again as a new customer. Completely stupid and a waste of time. My advice - shop around as a new customer every year regardless!!

No customer services?????
I have Coop home insurance. It's impossible to speak to someone on the phone ? To answer my queries on line I need a policy number which I cant find. So it's impossible to contact them to find my policy number . Absolute worst company services ever .

We’d like to clarify that customers can contact our UK based phone teams during our opening hours which are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm. If you don’t know your policy number, our live chat team can also locate your policy using your personal details such as name and address etc. we appreciate your feedback and will continue to review how we make our contact options clearer.

Spoke to a very helpful customer advisor who provided excellent advice and was very reassuring .
He listened to my concerns and reassured me that the cover I took out was appropriate for my needs.

Online Travel Policy
Purchased a travel insurance policy online, very straightforward. Very competitive price to cover a number of pre existing conditions for an older person.
Then made some slight changes over the phone, answered the phone promptly and agent very helpful.
So far very pleased but yet to make a claim!!!
