Glasses not as pictured. Very misleading representation.
I fell in love with the Ocean Majesty stemless wine glasses online and ordered a set of four for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. The website and Instagram ads show glasses which have beautiful gold designs which look hand painted, or at least hand retouched. The designs have dimension and texture, the way they would if paint had been applied with a brush. The website even promises, “…the ocean motifs are hand finished so every line and gilded detail has depth and dimension.” It goes on to say, “no two are exactly alike.” The glasses I received have absolutely no depth, no dimension, no texture. The gold motifs are completely flat and smooth, as if they were nothing more than gold decals applied to the glass.
I emailed the company and sent a video of one of my glasses to ask if there was a chance that this set had missed a step in the production process, and that maybe the “hand finish” step had been skipped in a manufacturing error. Should they have been touched up by hand to add the dimension they promised? I was reluctant to return them and give up, because I loved the glasses I saw on the website. I asked if I returned this set, could I get a replacement set that was painted correctly.
To their credit, Paola from the company replied the very next day. She was so, so sorry I was disappointed with my order. She informed me that if they sent a replacement set (and this is a direct quote from her email), “…the replacement may have this kind of difference too for the decal process. For this reason, I can only offer you a refund for the art pieces.” So kudos to the company for offering to make good on their refund policy, but it is also a clear admission that the finished product will not look like the advertisements. The gold motifs are, indeed, just DECALS. “Every line and gilded detail” are not, actually, expected to have “depth and dimension.”
It’s not that they aren’t pretty, they are. But they are not what was pictured or promised (in great, flowery detail) in the description on the website or in their Instagram ads. I would not be surprised to see glasses like this at my local Marshalls or T.J. Maxx.
I am going to keep them, as it is a week before Christmas and I have no backup plan for a gift for my daughter-in-law. But to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I paid way too much for glasses of this quality.

To share a bit clearer context, the design is applied using a high-quality decal transfer technique, which allows the pattern to be placed consistently on every piece.
This ensures a harmonious and elegant look across the entire collection. While the artwork itself is not hand-painted, each glass is still handmade, giving it its own subtle character.
Unlike hand-painted collections, where designs naturally vary from piece to piece, Ocean Majesty is created to offer a more uniform aesthetic. For this reason, we’ve always described it differently from our Sagrada and Nativity collections, which are fully hand-painted.
That said, I truly understand how expectations can sometimes differ when viewing images online.
If there was anything in the description or imagery that felt unclear or led to a different impression, I’d genuinely appreciate you sharing that with me.

I felt very duped by this company. They market that their glasses are made by “artisan craftsmen” giving the impression they are made in Barcelona.
They are not, they were delivered directly from the Chinese manufacturer.
Although the design is beautiful, I feel deceived by the advertising. I reported by dissatisfaction to Cornet, strangely never got a response. Not good practice!!!

Great company to work with
I have ordered both the Sagrada and Nativity pieces from this company. I have not had any issues with Sagrada, which I have owned for over 2 years, but the paint was peeling on the Nativity glasses, after a year of use. Ivette was absolutely fabulous in communicating, getting my issue resolved, refunding the shipping costs, and sending me a replacement set. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly appreciate the company standing by their products, even after time has elapsed since purchase.

Nativity glasses
I have order the Sagrada glasses and no issues. I ordered the Nativity glasses (stemmed and not stemmed). Several issues arose with the color being scratched off. Ivette handled the returns of which there were several going back and forth. She never waivered in her response to my issue nor her resolution of the issues. We had numerous shipments back and forth and she was great handling all of them. I am definitely happy with Ivette's handling of my issues and the ability to resolve these to my satisfaction.

I have ordered the beautiful Sagrada stemless wine glasses and stemless balloon wine glasses years ago and this year I’ve ordered the cocktail glasses. One cocktail glass (out of six) was losing the golden color on only one spot. Ivette from Cornet Barcelona contacted me about this issue and sent me a brand new glass! Stemless wine glass
I purchased a set of stemless wine glasses. They are beautiful! But I found the glass too big, I had to hold the glass with a second hand which was very awkward. I spoke with Ivette and she easily resolved the situation! She suggested a similar stemless wine glasses whose base was smaller than what I purchased. I was given a return UPS label and within 10 days I had my new wine glasses. The customer service representative, Ivette, was wonderful!

I pre ordered some Sagrada wine glasses as an anniversary present for my wife. The glasses are simply stunning, and it’s easy to see the care, craftsmanship and thought that’s gone into them. They arrived beautifully boxed, and they’re something we both love.

I was looking for stemless wineglasses that just looked a bit different and also classy, and these do not disappoint. They look and feel great, and I know they will be a well admired by friends and family, and also I'm sure my niece who is getting a set as a wedding present. I cannot fault the Customer Service at Cornet Barcelona. And especially Susana, who assisted me personally.
We ordered 4 Sagrada wine glasses. But by the time they arrived into the UK, we had already left for Spain.
Susana cancelled our original order, and re-routed separate glasses to our address in Spain. And they arrived a few days later.
Susana was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And nothing was a problem.
In addition, the glasses are beautiful. My wife is delighted with them.
We couldn’t be happier with everything about this company.
