I bought it as a gift, but I can’t give it as a gift, it’s terrible.
I bought wine glasses, it's good that only two, because the quality is terrible. I understand that it's handmade, but it's very bad handmade. The glasses are painted very badly, there are bubbles somewhere, the paint goes beyond the borders. The company logo is also crookedly printed. The thread that made the pattern breaks in the middle. Why disgrace Barcelona like that?
Lastly to be charged an exorbitant fee for safe packaging and delivery, they arrived in a lightweight cardboard box with a thin layer of paper wrap and not from Spain. The gift box was damaged and the glasses were lying on the fabric with stretch marks, the fabric was not attached to the box as it should be. Everything is very messy.

I absolutely LOVE these fabulous glasses/pieces of art. I was skeptical at first but they looked so nice online I took a chance and ordered a set of four Ocean Majestic stemless wine glasses for myself and they arrived packed in a gorgeous black box packed so perfectly. I instantly fell in love. Then I turned around and bought a set for a friend’s birthday. Can’t wait until she gets them! Shipping was quick and the company is fantastic at keeping in touch. Very Very happy!!

I brought a set of the wine glasses as a gift.
I brought a set of the wine glasses as a gift for my partner. She loved the uniqueness and individuality of each glass. Unfortunately, despite the fact the glasses were so well packaged, one of the glasses slightly damaged. However, this did not take away from experience as the customer services and care were excellent. The customs care manager who dealt with this on my behalf was so courteous and helpful. She was prompt with emails and kept me updated though out. The replacement glass arrived and was as beautiful as all the others. We are now looking at other products to add to the collection.

The glasses from Cornet Barcelona are really beautiful and unique - I bought them for an engagement present . The customer service in Spain was very good after some challenges with the delivery in the U.K. (which was not Cornet Barcelona fault ) so I would definitely buy more gifts . For the quality the price is very affordable .

Jeg købte 6 vinglas uden stilk som en gave. Pakken kom hurtigt og var pakket godt ind i beskyttelse.
Desværre var gaven ikke faldet i god jord hos modtageren, så jeg kontaktede CornetBarcelonas kundeservice efter næsten 3 mdr, og det var intet problem! De svarede hurtigt på returneringen og var meget behjælpelige med at sende returlabel og forklare processen ved at sende til udlandet.
Hele vejen igennem blev jeg guidet og fik en personlig henvendelse fra deres personale, der svarede hurtigt på alle henvendelser. De var søde og rare, og alt i alt meget professionelle.

She Loved Them
I gave my fiancee a set of six Sagrada Balloon Wine glasses as a gift for Christmas. When she opened the box and saw the beauty and uniqueness of the gift she was overwhelmed. The quality of the glass and the vibrancy of the paint colors is outstanding. The fact that the gift represented both her Spanish heritage and her faith made it that much more special. She is so happy with them that she now displays the glasses in her china cabinet.
I was very happy with the ordering process. The representatives at Cornet Barcelona were very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

Faulty goods and poor customer service
Very, very disappointed with the glasses. I ordered these as a gift for my daughter so she could start collecting them. On receipt of the gift she went to use them and both glasses wobbled and one glass splintered into her finger.
I contacted them straight away - with photos - response times have been terrible and resolution not great. These are expensive glasses and to return I need to wrap in bubble wrap (which guess what I don’t have) and traipse to one of the collection points. Don’t feel that it is acceptable and I shouldn’t be inconvenienced for faulty goods. My daughter still has the splinter in her finger as well!! Still waiting for response from my last email on Friday.
Just not good enough.

We had received a pair of the glasses…
We had received a pair of the glasses and saw when taken out of the box, there were several cracks in the lip of the glass. We didn't want to let the giver of this gift know, so we reached out to Sifa and she helped us exchange it without needing the PO number from the gift giver! Outstanding customer service along with great communication on when we would be getting the replacement.

Company made it right - but beware shipping times
Updated after dealing with the company:
So I was initially very unhappy as my order seemed or have stalled out in the void. But luckily it arrived the day before Christmas. While the shipping promise was not met, the product is GORGEOUS and the company reimbursed my expedited shipping. SO, in conclusion, gorgeous glasses, be careful not to request on a tight timeline, but when you receive them you will be delighted;
Initial review: So far I am super unimpressed. I ordered these as a Xmas gift on 12/13 due to the 2-3 days delivery guarantee- which I paid heavily for. Fast forward to 12/21- shipping is "on the way but delayed" with zero update on when they are due and no guarantee that I can see they will arrive for Xmas. VERY disappointed and I feel scammed

Made in China and Very Expensive
The glasses are beautiful but very thin and fragile. I just purchased a set of wine glasses for a Christmas gift so I hope they last a while for the recipient for as much as I had to pay for them. I probably won't purchase again due to them being MADE IN CHINA. The box they are packaged in has a small sticker on the bottom stating this in small print.Their website leads you to believe they are being handcrafted in Spain. I can get beautiful glasses that are probably made in China from Amazon for half the cost so that's what I'll do next time.

We are delighted with the glasses, which are a highlight on any table. The perfect finish, the grace, the wonderful ambience they offer, the moment of surprise that guests feel when they see and feel the glasses for the first time - all this makes us happy.
Admittedly, there was a small problem at the beginning, but this was solved in an impressive way by customer service. We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Sofia.
