Quick and pleasant to deal with
When I contacted the company about delivery options, I got a quick and clear reply. I was able to specify a day when I would be at home, only 2 days after submitting my order. The chair is great and makes working from home much more comfortable.

Exceeded expectations
Delivery date as advertised, chair arrived in perfect condition like it was new, clean and fully functional. Instant communication on the phone when i called them to ask about the delivery details.
Also they have tones of models in stock, found the exact spec i wanted for the herman miller mirra. Also great price for what you get.

Office chair
Chair arrived as described but unfortunately was not a good fit ergonomically for me.
Customer service team were excellent, they tried to find an alternative within budget, and when that didn’t work, they were able to help me organise return of the chair (remember that furniture is delivered assembled so the boxes are big).
If you know what you’re after and you don’t want to assemble your furniture, definitely have a look at Corporate Spec!

Needed a new chair for my home office
Needed a new chair for my home office, where I spend a considerable amount of time. As such, I needed something that was commercial grade, rather than something that looked good but was cheap.
Corporate Spec enabled my to get that quality at a great price. The purchase process was seamless, as was delivery with full tracking. An issue I had with invoicing (my fault) was correct within 48 hours.
The chair itself is of excellent quality and fully operational. Will use Corp Spec again for any similar requirement.

Great price for a great condition Herman Miller Mirra
Was really cautious about buying second had but was more than happy when the chair turned up, my fears were unfounded as it looks practically brand new.
I did loads of research and Corporate Spec seemed to be the best of the bunch. I had a few questions before had which were all answered within minutes on the chat. The whole buying and delivery process was easy and pain free.
There is one small scratch on the Allen bolt that attaches the armrest, it's got a few squeaks and creaks when reclining but i would imagine they do that from new other than that it's perfect, i'm more than happy with my decision and the chair.

Amazing quality and service
I ordered a highly refurbished Herman Miller Mirra Chair. This particular chair was manufactured in 2008 (I knew it would be somewhere in this age range). However, I was amazed at the condition, when they say Like New it really is like new. New armrests, clean seats, what looks to be a new and excellent paint job and all the functions work exactly as expected. The ordering process was easy and signing up to their newsletters earned me a further 10% off the price. Communication was excellent and delivery by their own driver was within 4 days of the order, much quicker than expected. Lee (the delivery driver) was most helpful and followed the instructions left on my door in my absence. I don't often buy office chairs and this will last a long time but if ever I need one in the future I will come back to this firm. In the meantime, the least I can do is highly recommend this firm.

Thanks for a great service! The chair looked like new when I took delivery of it. Very comfortable and a reconditioned seat is perfect for a home office when working from home. It came wrapped in plastic to ensure it remained clean whilst being transported. The delivery was quick, efficient and courteous.

I had a problem with a chair I bought a…
I had a problem with a chair I bought a few months ago and hadn’t used. I anticipated some push back as it had been a while since my initial order but not only was my issue dealt with promptly but they offered me an immediate replacement which arrived today.
The customer service contact (Michael Gonzales) was excellent as was the delivery driver.
It’s rare to experience great customer service and considering the purchase of an office chair is unlikely to be made frequently I’m even more impressed at the speed and quality of their dedication to addressing my concerns.
Highly recommended.

They offer a great selection of top ergonomic chair brands, refurbished and available at a significant discount of 50-80%. These chairs typically retail for over £1000 when new, so the option to buy a second-hand one is very appealing.

Aeron chair customised for me - excellent service
I was after a used office chair with adjustable seat height up to at least 60 cm. As a Herman Miller Aeron user, I would have loved an Aeron Work Stool but I couldn't find a used one anywhere online. I found a used Aeron chair on the Corporate Spec website at a good price. Support agents Kimberly & John were online (on a Saturday!) and offered to change the gas lift to achieve the extra height... at no extra cost. I received the chair the following week. Excellent service - thank you Kimberly, John and Corporate Spec!

I was sceptical around what condition the chair would be in given how much cheaper it was compared to new. But it arrived in great condition and definitely exceeded my expectations, I would almost say it looks brand new. Came fully assembed and looks brand new at (<50% of the RRP)
My Instagram algorithm clearly realised I needed a new office chair... I ordered a Refurbished Herman Miller Classic Mirra. It arrived already assembled and looks brand new.
It arrived within five working days. There was extensive communication regarding the delivery date and time via emails and text messages —the option to change the delivery day if it didn't suit. (better than most Amazon deliveries)
I would have never ordered a brand-new Herman Miller because of the cost. But this was extremely reasonable. I am very happy with the product and the service.
